Anytime I came in no one was up front and always in the back. This store will up charge you on anything they can find. For example Amazon packages that say they don't have to be packed but you packed anyway. They will try to charge you $2 for a piece of tape less than a foot at this location. I get it they are a business but keep it real with some folks every now and then and don't be so uptight and up charge for anything.

I rate them the worst carrier and I have had 35 years to make that determination. They should put my package in a company vehicle and deliver it for my trouble. Avoid this place. Yesterday I took a package to be returned and was told I had to take it out of…read morethe box. I asked them to keep and recycle the box. They told me no. I made a joke about what would happen if I left it on the counter - would they chase me into the parking lot? The owner and staff became very aggressive after that and the experience deteriorated fast. First, the staffer didn't scan all my returns and kept insisting something was missing. Even though I told her she was wrong, she wouldn't check the items herself. I had to reach over the counter and show her that there were 3 items, not 2. No apology for her mistake. Then I stood waiting politely for my receipt. And waiting. The owner then slapped it on my box, which I found incredibly rude. I tore it off because I did not want to have to keep the box as my receipt. I wanted to recycle it. I told him he had no business putting something on my box. He said "that's how we do it here." Yeah, right. I told him to pretend I didn't have a box and give me a receipt. Then he handed me a receipt without a backing, so I was holding a sticky label. I asked him what I was supposed to do with it. He just stared at me. I told him I wasn't going to leave without a receipt that had a backing (so it was usable). Now there are people waiting behind me, so he finally printed something out and put the non sticky backing on my receipt, something that should have been done from the outset. Really not great customer service just because I made a bad joke. I will use a different store the next time I have to return something.
