Joey showed up to my house and dropped the dumpster in the middle of my driveway, blocking my car, and demanded we pay immediately. He also said we would be paying extra every day until the invoice was paid. My mom, who was home at the time, explained to him that her son-in-law was dealing with him and apologized, but he just kept yelling and carrying on so badly that our neighbor called me to see if everything was okay. For the past week, he kept saying the "office" would send over an updated invoice. We waited over a week for it, and he picked up the dumpster days later than he was supposed to. He only sent the invoice yesterday evening, and my husband didn't get a chance to look at it. He was going to take care of it today, as he is in the Army and has limited access to his phone. As another business owner, I think it's extremely important to be calm, kind, and professional when dealing with a client. Making threats, causing a scene, and cursing at a customer is something you should never do, especially if the customer owes you something. My husband paid it including all of this guy's extra fees just to avoid issues. But when my husband called him to speak to him, Joey was cursing and yelling, demanding his money. When my husband mentioned that an owner shouldn't speak to a customer this way, Joey suddenly said he wasn't the owner and told him to call the office. But the only number to call is Joey's cell number. So that's weird if he's "just the driver." And if he is just the driver, then he should especially not be talking to or dealing with customers this way. It's so sad and truly disgusting to see someone who has a business act this way.
