I went in with a mess of papers that needed copies, faxed and we even had to cover a mistake I made on a form, which they don't carry whiteout, so he compromised, and I felt like we were in an arts and crafts class to fix my mistake. The worse and most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. Waited seven months for my tags after going there four times while they kept telling me something different was wrong wach time. absolutely the worst tag & title place ever. Didnt receive my title because they lost the paper work. I have been dealing with them for 16 months to resolve the issue.. No call backs, they are constantly closed. They have been shut down for 6 weeks and will not respond to emails or messages. terrible customer service. stay away! read more

I was at this location today (Monday 4/26/21) to transfer a title on a motor vehicle. The gentleman and young lady working there were very polite. I would highly recommend this location for motor vehicle services. read more

I wish I could give negative 0 stars, waste of time and I'd never spend a dime in this business who don't want to help people because either A. They were closing or B. plain old lazy. Didn't even ask why we were there before he stated he could help us and said he doesn't do address changes and lied about doing photos we saw the camera behind the counter. What a shame! read more

Unacceptable customer service. Dealing with clerk was very stressful. If you need title and registration, expect to wait the entire 90 days for the plates and registration. Other local tag and title companies complete transaction within 4-6 weeks. read more

I did a title transfer in December 2019, I have yet get it. I called Harrisburg the titles not there not was it kicked back. I bought 2 cars after and used a different title and tag and got my titles back in 7 to 10 days. I will not recommend this place read more

Horrible. Staff was friendly but very incompetent. It took an hour to ship 3 packages and 2 ended up going to the wrong destination.
