I love this store! I ship and receive stuff regularly with UPS store # 5956 at 201 S Blakely St, Dunmore, PA, and I have never had a problem. The owner and his employees are always courteous and friendly. Recently during the pandemic, I have also had to utilize their fax, scan, print and email services and the guys have been remarkably helpful. It is a pleasure going to this store. This team is the best. They move you fast. The line is out the door and you still get service quickly. Polite like Dunmoreans. I think.

I had EXCELLENT service at this UPS store today. I am traveling and had a significant delivery issue and the owner fixed the issue for me. He went over and beyond and I am SO grateful. It's really hard to sufficiently express my gratitude. I recommend this UPS store. read more

I received outstanding customer service over the phone with this store! I called to have a package rerouted and they didn't hesitate for a second to help me. Within 10 minutes they made 3 calls on my behalf and had it all sorted out. I was really impressed with the service I received- enough so that I just had to give 5 stars. Thanks again! read more

Needed something printed and shipped out from my uncles place to me and my uncle came in to ship out the package from this location. I called ahead and let the staff know if they could help my uncle when he got there. The staff helped him out and updated me personally, great customer service and super friendly! Would recommend this UPS store to anyone in the area! read more

I would not recommend this store NO! I just left because they are closed yes it's now 6:06pm but I did walk in (my fault ) I guess at 6pm because THEY still had the door propped wide open and ALL 4/5 employees were just standing there lol! So yes I figured they were still very much open MY BAD! First of all I had a LARGE package ALL THE MEN WATCHED ME STRUGGLE THEN PROCEED TO TELL ME TO HURRY IT UP & had me so frustrated I dropped it! Unbelievably RUDE! So I walked back out & they said we open at 7am! So, Because I was going to keep you at YOUR JOB AN EXTRA What? 10 minutes!!!!!!!! Then the big man had the audacity to say to me I've been here since 7 AM lol. Oh buddy you have no clue who you're speaking to. I work 16+ hour shifts as my norm. I am a CNA in the day & bartend at night because I'm a single mother who needs to hustle to get by. Cry me a river .... Take a seat or go work somewhere you can hang without barking at customers! Y'all are rude as hell! Bunch of men watching a female struggle with a package like that then the comments on top you and your boss oughta be ashamed! Smfh! I'll take my business elsewhere from here on out and I live right down the street but I'll be damned if I walk back in that place and get disrespected as a woman ever again! read more

I use this facility often. The employees are friendly, courteous and helpful. If there is a problem with another customers transaction, another employee will come to the desk to move things along. Otherwise service is fast and efficient. This store also has a shredding service for $.99/lb. Your documents are secured right in front of you. Can't beat that! Thank you to all employees. read more

I needed a copy so I went to ups store where 1 copy costs $2.50. When I needed 3 copies I went to Staples and was charged 88 cents. I guess the rudeness at ups costs extra. read more

The UPS Store - Happy Halloween! - Shipping Centers Near Me - Dunmore, Pennsylvania

Worst UPS store around. Customer Service 0 stars. Hours state close at 6pm, pulled up a few minutes before to find the door locked. Overweight gentle-giant made sure to come to the door, and with a grin told me they are all closed up and then proceeded to shout things at me as I walked to my car. If amazon didn't tell me I had to come here, I never would. read more

Very unhelpful and rude employees and terrible customer service. Lost my package and refused to try and help me.

I have been there 3 times , since I am new to town. Needless, to say only once I've had what I call good customer service encounter . Today I went and was greeted by a man with the worst attitude ever . There was also a young man there which by far was more polite than the older man who helped me . It doesn't cost much to greet people with politeness . Everybody job is hard and I know sometimes we have a bad day . Yet this is the second encounter with the same person and it has been the same . I will honestly not return here . I left with a bitter taste in wanting to say a couple of things to that person but I am more mature than to do this . I really hope that this man is not the manager . read more

Amazing locally-owned business. The owner is SOOO nice. I had to mail out 2 packages to my friend's kids at camp, & when he heard that's what I was doing, he thought it was sweet & gave me a huge discount on mailing the 2nd package. Also, I do a ton of Amazon returns there, and it LITERALLY takes you under a minute most days - they are soooo efficient - you just hand them your return & they immediately scan the return barcode on your phone & send you off w/ a big smile and thank you. Even when several people are in line getting all different things done, there are always usually 2 or 3 workers there at a time, so things move very fast. The packages I send from there ALWAYS get to the recipient safely & perfectly intact. They wrap/protect things very well. I love supporting this small locally-owned business. read more

I brought something back that I purchased from Amazon. These employees were so efficient and polite that I was blown away. I normally would never write a review of this type of store but I couldn't believe what a pleasant experience it was. I think I was there for approximately 40 seconds. They took my package, said thank you and wished me a great day. It made me smile the rest of the day! read more

I had the store pack 7 glassware items for me to send to myself in California. It wasn't cheap, but I was very satisfied to see that everything was wrapped very well and it all made it out to me intact. I will be using this store in the future. read more

This store saved me and my boyfriend $500 by printing out email documents super quickly that we needed within 5 minutes of arriving to the store. The man who helped us was SO efficient and helped me get the documents from my phone to his computer to print. I was kind of crazy because of the short time we had to figure out how to print these documents, but this gentleman was calm and collective and even gave us quicker directions to where we needed to go. I 100% recommend this location for printing services :) read more

I walked into the store and was greeted by a near snarling clerk behind the counter. I tried to tell her I was going to be returning a package, and need to get online to show her the information Amazon had sent me to show at ups. She stared at me with intense anger and hatred, interrupted me several times, CONDESCENDINGLY CORRECTED ME and finally barked at me saying "NO YOU CANT GET WIFI HERE". I took my parcel and put it in my bag and turned around leave and I hear her say sarcastically, " have a nice day". I responded I was sure to have a nice day after meeting her. She gasped (as if to say how dare you). Note to management. I hope she's not a representative of your business. In the past 8 years I had only encountered professional and knowledgeable clerks. I will not subject myself to more abuse by returning. read more

Location does not have a notary here. They will refer you to a insurance agency down the street.

I have been there two times. First time, he told to other woman during I talk with him. He never listen to my talking. I know I am an international student, but I can understand you talk what with other people. If you are an American people, you can go there, the service is good. Second time , again, never listen to me, just break my talking. And he told other people, I never listen you ! Good job. I just want to check my package, I never do any wrong thing, why you meaning to me? read more

Well I've used many of the areas UPS stores, the UPS store in Dunmore is by far my favorite! Not only do you get greeted by friendly smiles, but they also never make you wait in line and take care of all their customers in a timely manner as well as offer you the best possible customer service! read more

The staff within the Dunmore, PA UPS store are very courteous and professional, yet at the same time are welcoming. Since moving here from AZ, I have had my fingerprints done here for healthcare employment reasons, I opened up an UPS box for incoming mail and parcels, sent back textbook rentals from the store, had notary performed here, and sometimes just to talk, and lastly, when I am walking my dog, she will pull me into the store for a treat or two from the staff. I could go on with many good adjectives about the staff here, but I want the reader of this post to just go in and make their own determination, and I think you will agree with me that this a good business to patronize. read more

Unprofessional, Clueless, Rude, Dishonest, Unhelpful, Indifferent. One worker said we don't offer the service I asked for, when another worker, I believe the manager, corrected him and he left to go to the back of the store. Then Misquoted price for work already performed. Had to pay 2x's price than was quoted. One worker made it to seem it was my fault and wouldn't listen to me. It's their responsibility to get accurate information to customers. He didn't let me finish speaking and dismissed me. He didn't apologize for his colleague's misquote. He brushed me off. He was too busy making dinner plans with a friend. Avoid if you could. I could write a lot more but I only am giving a brief overview. I will be taking my money to another local UPS. They don't seem to care about their customers. Well, if that's the case, good luck staying open. There are more than enough of businesses that can drown you out your pitiful services. Maybe that's one of the reasons your store us rarely busy. Your worry, not mine. BTW, just to be clear for those of you reading this review, this is the UPS store in Dunmore,Pa. read more
