I would not recommend this store NO! I just left because they are closed yes it's now 6:06pm but I did walk in (my fault ) I guess at 6pm because THEY still had the door propped wide open and ALL 4/5 employees were just standing there lol! So yes I figured they were still very much open MY BAD! First of all I had a LARGE package ALL THE MEN WATCHED ME STRUGGLE THEN PROCEED TO TELL ME TO HURRY IT UP & had me so frustrated I dropped it! Unbelievably RUDE! So I walked back out & they said we open at 7am! So, Because I was going to keep you at YOUR JOB AN EXTRA What? 10 minutes!!!!!!!! Then the big man had the audacity to say to me I've been here since 7 AM lol. Oh buddy you have no clue who you're speaking to. I work 16+ hour shifts as my norm. I am a CNA in the day & bartend at night because I'm a single mother who needs to hustle to get by. Cry me a river .... Take a seat or go work somewhere you can hang without barking at customers! Y'all are rude as hell! Bunch of men watching a female struggle with a package like that then the comments on top you and your boss oughta be ashamed! Smfh! I use this facility often. The employees are friendly, courteous and helpful. If there is a problem with another customers transaction, another employee will come to the desk to move things along. Otherwise service is fast and efficient. This store also has a shredding service for $.99/lb. Your documents are secured right in front of you. Can't beat that! Thank you to all employees. read more

Worst UPS store around. Customer Service 0 stars. Hours state close at 6pm, pulled up a few minutes before to find the door locked. Overweight gentle-giant made sure to come to the door, and with a grin told me they are all closed up and then proceeded to shout things at me as I walked to my car. The owner and his employees are always courteous and friendly. I have been there 3 times , since I am new to town. Needless, to say only once I've had what I call good customer service encounter . Today I went and was greeted by a man with the worst attitude ever . There was also a young man there which by far was more polite than the older man who helped me . It doesn't cost much to greet people with politeness . Everybody job is hard and I know sometimes we have a bad day . Yet this is the second encounter with the same person and it has been the same . I will honestly not return here . I left with a bitter taste in wanting to say a couple of things to that person but I am more mature than to do this . Amazing locally-owned business. The owner is SOOO nice. I had to mail out 2 packages to my friend's kids at camp, & when he heard that's what I was doing, he thought it was sweet & gave me a huge discount on mailing the 2nd package. Also, I do a ton of Amazon returns there, and it LITERALLY takes you under a minute most days - they are soooo efficient - you just hand them your return & they immediately scan the return barcode on your phone & send you off w/ a big smile and thank you. Even when several people are in line getting all different things done, there are always usually 2 or 3 workers there at a time, so things move very fast. The packages I send from there ALWAYS get to the recipient safely & perfectly intact. They wrap/protect things very well. I love supporting this small locally-owned business. read more

This store saved me and my boyfriend $500 by printing out email documents super quickly that we needed within 5 minutes of arriving to the store. The man who helped us was SO efficient and helped me get the documents from my phone to his computer to print. I was kind of crazy because of the short time we had to figure out how to print these documents, but this gentleman was calm and collective and even gave us quicker directions to where we needed to go. I walked into the store and was greeted by a near snarling clerk behind the counter. I tried to tell her I was going to be returning a package, and need to get online to show her the information Amazon had sent me to show at ups. She stared at me with intense anger and hatred, interrupted me several times, CONDESCENDINGLY CORRECTED ME and finally barked at me saying "NO YOU CANT GET WIFI HERE". I took my parcel and put it in my bag and turned around leave and I hear her say sarcastically, " have a nice day". I responded I was sure to have a nice day after meeting her. She gasped (as if to say how dare you). Note to management. I hope she's not a representative of your business. In the past 8 years I had only encountered professional and knowledgeable clerks. The staff within the Dunmore, PA UPS store are very courteous and professional, yet at the same time are welcoming. Since moving here from AZ, I have had my fingerprints done here for healthcare employment reasons, I opened up an UPS box for incoming mail and parcels, sent back textbook rentals from the store, had notary performed here, and sometimes just to talk, and lastly, when I am walking my dog, she will pull me into the store for a treat or two from the staff. I could go on with many good adjectives about the staff here, but I want the reader of this post to just go in and make their own determination, and I think you will agree with me that this a good business to patronize. read more

Unprofessional, Clueless, Rude, Dishonest, Unhelpful, Indifferent. One worker said we don't offer the service I asked for, when another worker, I believe the manager, corrected him and he left to go to the back of the store. Then Misquoted price for work already performed. Had to pay 2x's price than was quoted. One worker made it to seem it was my fault and wouldn't listen to me. It's their responsibility to get accurate information to customers. He didn't let me finish speaking and dismissed me. He didn't apologize for his colleague's misquote. He brushed me off. He was too busy making dinner plans with a friend. Avoid if you could. I could write a lot more but I only am giving a brief overview. I will be taking my money to another local UPS. They don't seem to care about their customers. Well, if that's the case, good luck staying open. There are more than enough of businesses that can drown you out your pitiful services.
