I might have to get someone else to pick it up for me depending upon the sender. I would have to jump through hoops last minute. I check tracking online and it doesn't show the sender. I call the 800 USPS number and after waiting 19 minutes for a human they said they do not know who the sender is. I call the post office at 7:10ish and David says he cannot look it up and he doesn't have anyone to look it up now. He said he is busy sorting. I asked when there would be someone there to look it up. He said 10am. WHAT?!?!?! They open at 8:30 and cannot tell me until 10 who sent this to me? He said he was busy sorting. I told him I really appreciate his helpfulness. I think I'll call every 15 minutes until I get my answer.

They recently have had changes in staffing & now handle the Eynon, Pa. Mail as the Post Office was in a fire & closed Decades back & NOW the sorting of the Jermyn Pa. Mail for a couple of years. Do they make mistakes, yes. But they also have gone out of their way to correct problems & hold mail from going to Jermyn as our box is small & can't take a package. If they are told in time they will pull it & keep it in Archbald & I can get it there the day it comes. I have done this multiple times. They have unloaded 2 heavy packages I had & brought them in for me when I was hurt. They have been good to me far more times than not. You will always have someone having a bad day or making a delivery to the wrong place at times but again FAR MORE THAN NOT they will try to help you & correct things. They corrected a Priority package with the wrong address on it (a few doors down in the same block in Florida) & saved us $8.00 to ship again. I tried to change it & could not but they assured me I would not be charged if it came back & it was our mistake. There are new people & they need to be "broken in". I ship 3x a week from both places & had the old-timers "trained". Cut them some slack as they have an extra load now they did not have 2-4 years ago thanks to the big shots cutting back & trying to save a buck & making them do more than the few people there can handle at times. Solid 4 1/2 & should be a 5 but no one gets a 5, not even me for what I do!
