After just 5 months, the rent was raised by 10.5%; if repeated, it would be 28% increase in a year. Making matters worse, it's impossible to reach administration to get answers about the increase, or anything other problems. Employees in local facilities can only send emails to higher-ups who simply refuse to respond.
