This is a small town place, they know everyone, and they also know whats going on around town. So if you need to learn anything, this is the spot to stop in. They always have stamps, can always mail something for you, help you find the right box and really make it a pleasant experience. Its a totally different feel in the country. Many of these offices are currently at risk of closing, but for many local people its one of their main sources of information, interaction and the like. Its important they remain open in these small town country areas.

They constantly lose packages because they refuse to scan prepaid items in if they don't feel like it (funny how every time they do this, one of the packages never makes it into the system and there's "nothing they can do") and they constantly miss scheduled mail pickups for us small businesses. The employees are RUDE, they typically try to close early, and parking is just awful. It's so sad to be a small business owner that can't rely on the local post office.

After so many instances of our mail…read morebeing delivered to the wrong address we signed up for Informed Delivery so we know what to expect every day. Today is yet Another day where we were expecting a very time sensitive piece of mail but handed only a Christmas catalog.... And it was delivered after 6 pm. Of course I asked where the rest of the mail is and her response "oh well Lexi and I didn't get three trays of mail" Funny how this is the same excuse we've gotten several other times. If they didn't get the mail then where the heck is it? She couldn't say. Once, the new debit card we were expecting was delivered to (and opened by) someone we don't even know so we had to go through the hassle of getting new cards. So many times we've had to retrieve mail and packages from neighbors. So sick of this incompetence - it's been years !

When they deliver for Amazon, they force the box into the mailbox, rather then dive up my driveway to my house. The product was a liquid and leaked. When I used to tend to dropping off packages from my home-based business a few short years ago, I…read moretended to always seem to remember this United States Post Office. I went there so much, he and I were always on a first-name basis with each other. And although he's now not there as much as he used to be, the others who are tend to be just as accurate and trustworthy as he once was. Ernie, who was the person behind the counter, always use to make jokes when I use to walk up to him for a stamp, and we just got along great together. It was rare when he ever made a mistake in the mailing system. I'm sorry I couldn't describe the factors that came into being placed in this review a little better. Maybe, as Ernie cross-trains people, the people who he trains could actually help bring that enlightened sense/spirituality to this small kiosk in the Mall once again, and therefore bring his sense of humor out to bring more people to use this booth once again. And what's best, packages that were mailed under him, never once ever got lost or delayed due to his actions, so something had gone well under his direction. He was always "on top of his game" here. Thanks Ernie and USPS crew for making my days and life a little brighter. You always have been a light in my eye, and will continue to shine brightly through the many years I have yet to use in store for the remainder of my life.
