I had made a few errors on my paperwork and they helped me correct the mistakes to ensure I was able to comply my transaction. When I got to the window, the gentleman was polite, professional and courteous. There was a few issue with the additional paperwork I needed. I had never purchased a vehicle from a private seller and made a few documentation mistakes. He advised me on what to do and allowed me the chance to rectify it. He told me to come right back to him if his window was open. I wish I got the gentlemen's name. He had tattoos and a shaved head. He stayed late on the holiday to help me. He was truly a Christmas blessing. I'm thankful for his help and service.

Finally…read moreon the 3rd visit I got there about 20 minutes before opening ( opens 9am) waiting in line outside and got in and got my ticket and waited. ( they have been so insanely busy). I honestly did not wait long at all and I did not have an appointment. I tried getting an appointment but they were literally booked for the rest of this year so I took my chances. From the time I got my ticket till they actually called me, It was only about 45 minutes plus the 20 minutes I waited outside. They were actually really friendly took my information l, took my picture and I was on my way. I also renewed my license even though I had two years left because you get half off if you do it early, so that was nice. Definitely word of advice. Get there before it opens and have all your information. All in all wasn't too bad.

Today I attempted to replace my license due to missing wallet. However, I was met with an attitude…read moreand misinformation. The woman in window one explained I would need a "drivers abstract". I provided all my information to replace my license such as ID number, class, expiration date..etc. She claimed additional info was needed. I offered to show her a photo of my missing ID on my phone and I was denied that as well. This DMV is completely inadequate and not helpful at all. They do not have the knowledge to assist properly.

Went to this location specifically with my dad on Tuesday February 6th 2024. Never been there…read morebefore, but since they rebuilt, and reopened, this locations looks very nice. It also has a modern look on the outside, and inside.There is parking in the front of the building, and that lot seems big even though we had to quickly find a spot. I like that all the offices are in one building. Like we were there to register our new trailer, and renew the registration, so we had to go to the DMV. The DMV office is on the 1st floor. First, though we had to go through security, but it was very easy, and people were very nice there. Even was chatting with one security guard who was very nice, and will be memorable. Even once we entered the DMV office, we were helped right away with the proper paperwork to fill out. We filled the paperwork out, went to the ticket window, then was served right away. A woman helped us out, and she was very nice, as well as the other employees we encountered. Now they should also invest in microphones or something in case someone had hearing loss, because she did have a low voice, but my dad was the one listening to her, and whom was needed so it don't matter. Paid our tax payment on the trailer, and then got new registration stickers and went on our merry way! we can now use the trailer and go camping! Had such a excellent experience here, that if I need to go to DMV for anything, I would go here because everyone is friendly, and for the quick service, especially for a walk in before closing!

I'm very grateful for Shannon and the personalized service at this location. There are now lockers for larger packages and 24 hour access to boxes and lockers. The hours here are incredibly difficult to work with. For their Monday-Friday hours, they are only…read moreopen from 10am-5pm, not including when they are closed from 1pm-2pm. This makes it impossible for me to get to the post office during the work week if I need to pick something up that does not fit in my PO box, unless I take time off from work. No one ever answers the phone. I dread having to use this location.
