They have since jacked up the prices more then a dollar a load and so dirty. The floors aren't swept and Ive watched a few mice up and down the isles. There's a few dryers that do not dry your clothes. I learned that after spending $3 on a load only to take all the damp clothes out and Move to a new dryer for another buck. No air or even a any circulation so I leave there drenched. The place is filthy!! I understand with Covid every business took a hit but it's not hard to sweep and clean it up and check the machines. The large load is now over $7 and standing there putting all those quarters in (some take most spit back out) is time I'll never get back. I usually don't leave bad reviews for businesses because I was taught that if u don't have anything nice to say don't say it at all but it's getting worse. I can only speak for myself. They will be late on the pick up (by 1 day) and even later (an entire 2 days late) on delivery. The whole time the contact person kept delaying the eta. 3. Impolite and careless pickup and delivery workers. Our laundry bag was left in front of the house because they kept delaying the eta. They squeezed all of our clothes and linens into one bag instead of separating into two which caused a huge rip at the top of the laundry bag. 4. They will apologize profusely with no valid explanation or solution. They will offer a discount for the next time when they know you won't ever use their service again. 5. They will overcharge you for the service a week later, not providing any sort of receipt or itemized breakdown of costs.

I asked for my money back and was told there was nothing she could do. A guy tried to use the washer and experienced the same issue. He threw a big stink and the attendant rushed to transfer his clothes into another washer and paid for it. This was a long time ago but left a bad taste in my mouth.
