They have a children's nook in the back area with toys, books and puzzles. There's plenty of seating areas throughout. The aisles are very wide and everything is positioned for people to walk back and forth without being in your way if you're loading or unloading washers/dryers. The bathroom is unisex/handicap accessible and comes stocked with hand soap, Kleenex, paper towels and toilet paper. The bathroom is bright and clean. You can withdraw cash using the ATM inside the facility and then use the change machine to pay with quarters. They also have an option where you can download the app, pay online and track your usage (*I didn't use this option, but will next time*) There's also several options for washers and then on the washers several options for wash cycles. Small washer (2 ) $2.25 light soil/not sure didn't use $2.25 medium soil/30 minutes $2.75 heavy soil/43 minutes Medium washer (4 ) $5.00/only one cycle options with water temperature selections (*not sure how long didn't use this washer*) Large washer (6 ) $6.50/only one cycle options with water temperature options/ about 30 minutes Extra Large washer (8 ) $11.00/only one cycle options with water temperature options (*not sure how long didn't use this washer*) Small dryer (3 ) $.25 for 8 minutes (*I put a load in for 40 minutes and paid $1.25 and in 20 minutes my load WAS DRIED AND DONE) Medium dryer (5 ) $.25 (*not sure how long didn't use this dryer*) Large dryer (8 ) $.25 for 6 minutes (*I paid $1.25 for 30 minutes and used it for 1 twin comforter, 1 throw, 1 king wool blanket, 2 small decorative pillows, and 3 king fleece blankets ********UPDATE/14 September********** The Dexter app is super easy to use. Also, great prices for even the huge-load washers and dryers! My only problem is I've encountered a few dirty washers there (remnants like straw wrappers left inside/smell unpleasant). Beware!! New Owners who do not know what they are doing…read more I am a 20 year customer and loved all the people who worked there and never had a problem until now. The new owners are not cleaning the clothes on the premises. When I went to pick up my shirts on the day they were due and they could not locate them as I waited for 45 minutes. The person who was at the counter is part of the new ownership and is totally incompetent. She finally called someone to find out the tags or slips are falling off and would be there the next day. When I went there the next day, they were still not ready. She said they may arrive the next day after 2:00pm. I asked them for a discount of any amount just for my inconvenience. The person at the counter called her manager and I spoke to her on the phone and after I explained my situation she said no discount. I asked her if she still wants my business. She said NO. Thank God it was a small order. The total for the two shirts was just 6.50. All I wanted was something to tell me they respected and appreciated my business with them. Even a dollar or two. Now I will never go back and will tell everyone I know this story. No Business Acumen and another example of a new owner coming in a screwing up a business that had been around 70 or 80 years.
