The facility is clean, they have larger machines that i would use if i had a large comforter or something that i could not do in my house machine. They dont do dry cleaning in house but have a quick turn around when sending it out. I have not been to any other dry cleaning service around this area but they seemed reasonable in price. I will be using them again in the future when i need stuff cleaned.

WTF you are a laundromat. Not like they are cheap or have new machines. I could also understand if they ran a dryer promo or something. It's a shitty laundry in the middle of the worst part of Scranton. Seems like racism because I was the only white lady in there and was refused service and told to leave. I took a new sweater there (only worn twice) to be cleaned, it came back with hair all over it and a blue spot on the top of the sleeve that wasn't there when I took it in. I took it back and when I picked it up, my sweater was destroyed. Not only was the stain still there but because Summit Cleaners scrubbed the spot with some kind of solvent the area feels hard and the fibers are now stretched causing the sleeve to be 2 inches longer than the other sleeve. I immediately took the sweater back to Summit Cleaners and the women at the counter agreed with me that the sweater was ruined. She took my information and said the owner, Peter Patel, would call me in the morning. Of course, he did not and I had to track him down. After describing the situation and sending him pictures he told me that they do not take any responsibility for items that are brought in to be cleaned. "You bring them in at your own risk", was what he said. He refuses to do anything about my destroyed sweater!!
