The machines are clean, well-maintained, and actually work the way they're supposed to--no mystery errors, no half-dry clothes. Prices are very reasonable compared to other spots in the area, which is a huge plus if you do frequent loads. What I love most is the convenience: it's located in a plaza, so you can easily run to the gym, grab groceries, or knock out a couple errands while your laundry is going. And there's tons of parking in the lot, so you're not circling around with heavy bags. 1 downside is they charge extra in washer for hot water. Has a good amount of machines plus 3 different sizes. The prices vary from $2 - $3.25 and the dryers are really big and are the .25 for 7 minutes. In town so there is a lot to do while you are waiting for the clothes to wash and dry. 4 stars because like most there's no worker in there and no bathroom. But other than that it's not too bad. And I love the fact that after drying, the clothing didn't have a burning smell as most old dryers have. So that's a plus. Will be heading back there from now on!

Beware!! New Owners who do not know what they are doing…read more I am a 20 year customer and loved all the people who worked there and never had a problem until now. The new owners are not cleaning the clothes on the premises. When I went to pick up my shirts on the day they were due and they could not locate them as I waited for 45 minutes. The person who was at the counter is part of the new ownership and is totally incompetent. She finally called someone to find out the tags or slips are falling off and would be there the next day. When I went there the next day, they were still not ready. She said they may arrive the next day after 2:00pm. I asked them for a discount of any amount just for my inconvenience. The person at the counter called her manager and I spoke to her on the phone and after I explained my situation she said no discount. I asked her if she still wants my business. She said NO. Thank God it was a small order. The total for the two shirts was just 6.50. All I wanted was something to tell me they respected and appreciated my business with them. Even a dollar or two. Now I will never go back and will tell everyone I know this story. No Business Acumen and another example of a new owner coming in a screwing up a business that had been around 70 or 80 years.

I took a new sweater there (only worn twice) to be cleaned, it came back with hair all over it and a blue spot on the top of the sleeve that wasn't there when I took it in. I took it back and when I picked it up, my sweater was destroyed. Not only was the stain still there but because Summit Cleaners scrubbed the spot with some kind of solvent the area feels hard and the fibers are now stretched causing the sleeve to be 2 inches longer than the other sleeve. I immediately took the sweater back to Summit Cleaners and the women at the counter agreed with me that the sweater was ruined. She took my information and said the owner, Peter Patel, would call me in the morning. Of course, he did not and I had to track him down. After describing the situation and sending him pictures he told me that they do not take any responsibility for items that are brought in to be cleaned. "You bring them in at your own risk", was what he said. He refuses to do anything about my destroyed sweater!!
