Clothes were always done on time and always done right. Irene was always pleasant to deal with and always in a good mood.

I don't leave reviews often but this place deserves one. I've brought probably 5-10 garments here in the last year ranging from casual linen jackets, sport coats, dress pants, jeans, chinos, etc. I have received nothing but great work. Stitching always seems to be done well and clean. Biggest complaint is that there's always a few loose threads on my clothes when I get them back, but this doesn't warrant taking away a star. I've hand things done from a normal hem, cuffed hem, sport coat sleeve shortened, coat sleeve shortened and it's all been good work. It's not the cheapest place I've been too in the area, but I've been to other tailor shops that have done work not even close to this shop. It's the old saying that you get what you pay for. Overall, this place definitely deserves more stars. Quality work at a fair price. If you know how to walk in and tell them what you want done, I don't think you'll have any problem. read more

Great work and quick turn around time. Close to home. Customer service is good too. I Hope they stick around for a long time.

I went to pickup my boyfriend's suit jacket and pants today. $86! I've never had to pay that much at a tailor before. Their prices are absolutely outrageous and the work obviously isn't the best as you can see. The sleeves on the jacket and pant legs needed to be shortened and the buttons on the suit jacket moved. He just looked at it and one button was moved, while the other was not. It looks ridiculous. Photo attached. My boyfriend said the woman wasn't nice when he dropped the suit off. She ripped opened the inside of the suit jacket to see how it was constructed and then said she wouldn't charge to repair what she had just done. Obviously we were charged for that. He said there were other people in there and everyone was just kinda looking at each other while the woman was over reacting to something. The woman there today wasn't the tailor when I picked up and was completely shocked at the price. She didn't even give me a copy of the hand written receipt. We'll definitely be going elsewhere when we need something done. read more

they do a great job and your pieces are ready in no time. The hours are a little limited, but it's worth it.

I give this one star! My second oldest s communion is this Saturday 5/6/23 He is getting harder and harder to shop for, as he has a football player body type. Anyhow, I just received his pants via Amazon. I brought a blazer which was from target. And the pants. The pants needed to be taken in at the bottom. The chargewas $16. The blazer the sleeves had buttons and they were long. I suggested how about flipping the sleeves over and sewing the sleeves that way. The charge was originally $45 but I left $20 deposit. I just owed $41 and while this was taking place throughout the transaction the assistant of the owner was making faces because between the pants and suit it was alot of work. I usually would say something but did not. I m paying for the work brought it in a week in advance. Sorry you have limited business days you're open. I think they are open about 4 days a week. Anyhow, I called this Thursday to make sure my son s items were ready. The owner picks up and told me after 4 to stop by. We stopped by with my son about 4:45 and had my don try everything on before I pay. Everything fit fine. As I get ready to pay and assume it only is $41 nope..turns out to be $65. I m told the suit needed more work in the sleeves. The owner is above her and makes decisions. 1) I told the assistant since the owner was not around. You gave me a set amount. This was not an estimate as she told me as I was getting ready to pay. I was so pissed!!! I should've walked out. I paid the $60 with $5 remaining. The assistant goes o i LL make it less and put $60 in their ticket. You re not doing me a favor. 2) They need to have a better policy in order! And they don t take credit cards. I will never go back. I felt taken advantage of and if the blazer would be been more say something in the first place which I told the assistant! You took done my number and told me you don t call customers. But, you should've called. Anyhow very disgusted with the level of customer service from beginning to end! This business needs better practices in order and honestly should shut down! How do you give someone a set up and come out of left corner with another amount?! You will be reported to the better business bureau! read more

Worst shop ever. My fiancé came home in tears after a bridal fitting because she was told to deal with things that the shop did not want to fix. Also pulled beads off her wedding dress and threw them in the bead jar saying "you don't need this". First fitting she was told to lose weight so the dress fit better since they didn't want to make the alterations. Who says this to a bride??? Consistently made rude comments. She took her dress from the shop and went elsewhere. If you want things done correctly and treated with respect, DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP! read more

I have been here several times to have work pants re hemmed as the seams would come out. She does excellent work and they haven't needed to be fixed since she has hemmed them. Her prices are very reasonable. She has pride in her work and cares about her results. read more

NEVER AGAIN Went to this shop a few times over the past few years as their location is convenient to my home. Customer service attitude was S-----y, to say the least. Fast forward a few years and I decided to give them another try. Within the course of roughly a month I brought them 4 pieces, one of which was a coat which required some altering, for which I was charged about $50-$60 which seemed reasonable, all things considered. The most recent (and definitely last) item I brought in was another coat requiring 2 or 3 magnetic closures sewn on to keep it closed, nothing else. Based on past experience I assumed the charges would be reasonable so I didn't bother to confirm pricing before leaving it. You can imagine my shock when I went to retrieve the coat and was told it would be $60! For materials I could have bought at Joann fabrics for under $10 (I checked) which were merely STITCHED ON, something I could have done myself. Let me also add the coat was crumpled and appeared to have dirt and other debris on it (it was brand new with the tags still on)The proprietor was absolutely shameless, telling me that I was being charged $20 for the closures alone. This certainly was in keeping with the snarky attitude and a lousy service mentality I have come to expect from this establishment. Your business is NOT appreciated and if you make the same mistake I did as not negotiating price beforehand you will be ripped off and taken advantage of read more

Stopped in to get a dress hemmed for an up coming event. The hem wasn't exactly the easiest to be worked with and she did a great job! She also did it on a time constraint and I am extremely grateful that she was able to get it done. Would recommend and will most likely be going back for future alterations. read more

This is an excellent shop! The owner did great alterations at a very reasonable price, and talked herself out of work by showing how a certain dress would lose it's appeal had I proceeded to change it. I will be here often! read more

I brought this beautiful long flowing dress to be taken up it was kind of last minute. I can't remember her name but she was fantastic the dress looked gorgeous. And I looked at the bottom the stitching it was beautiful&clean this dress had a little bit of ruffle and some other detail which was not easy to do.
