To be fair, the slip covers were handed over to Sea La Vie by a local property manager who ignored specific instructions to have them dry cleaned, but Sea La Vie compounded the error by putting them into a cold wash -- totally inappropriate given the composition of the textile and the care instructions.

Washed 2 separate medium to small sized loads as a matter of fact. The load of clothes that I put in dryer didn't even fill up a quarter of it's industrial size.
