Donna set me up (!) with two pillows to match the valences in our guest room. While I'm not sure what a normal turn-around time is, I received a call back within 24 hours that the job was completed. I could not be happier with the craftsmanship of her work and plan on using Donna to assist in the refurbishing of two MCM chairs once I FINALLY figure out what fabric and pattern I'll be using. I am so lucky to have found Donna! I am a very type A kinda guy with very high standards and my spouse is very handy ( thank goodness). Donna came through for us We needed to re-stuff the back and seat cores on our 3 cushion Leathercraft leather couch....a project that had taken ages due to furniture manufacturing shutdowns and a difficult time getting the back and seat cores . Although we probably could have replaced the cores ourselves we felt more confidence in having an expert do the job.. I called...Donna said come over and she'd take a look .....while I waited she stuffed one cushion and back and set it up on the floor to have my wife test the seating....it was great!!!....Donna also put additional materials in the corners of the cushions to help maintain the shape...
