The laundry mat was very clean and really nice. It had a welcoming feeling to it. But what we loved the most was the lady that was there working on site. From the moment we got out of my Jeep that she loved till the moment we left she was the most sweetest and welcoming person you have ever met, especially with everything going on right now in the world. We will definitely be coming back even after the campground laundry site opens just due to this fact.

I could not respond to their answer to me under their website since they blocked me. So the response to their passive aggressive response to me is.yes, I do know how to wash a load of clothes, I use the appropriate amount of detergent as per directions on the bottle & did not overload washer or dryer. Washed 2 separate medium to small sized loads as a matter of fact. The load of clothes that I put in dryer didn't even fill up a quarter of it's industrial size. Just trying to help people with the truth of my experience

The following day elves returned them, clean and neatly folded, just in time for the cleaners to re-make the beds. Got a notification from Tom, sent a Venmo, and have now saved the number. They can also work directly with your cleaners if you do this regularly. Yes, they can do fast turns (under 24 hour turns) but will need a heads up from you in advance. Highly recommend.

The owner cannot speak English well and she is extremely rude and will yell at you and proced to kick you out when she is wrong, when asked for a reason as to why she was kicking me out she replied "I jus don like yawr face, its personal yah!". And if you happen to get lucky and she isn't there, it'll cost you around $12 for 1 load! Worst experience ever, will never be coming back. Also don't wait there for your laundry, people will think you work there and bug you for assistance because the service is so bad.

He asked me to walk him through the house and show him what was to be done. He was able to get some pets stains out that was sure were there to stay.
