On the morning of the service, while getting dressed, I discovered that that slacks were missing. I called and was told "oh, this happens all the time." I assumed this meant that the slacks were probably just misplaced, like it was not a problem. So I didn't worry about it, but had to wear jeans to the funeral. When I visited the cleaners, it was like "well, we don't have your pants, no big deal." So now I have a suit jacket, worn twice. Having never had this kind of experience with a dry cleaners before, I've now learned to double-check the count on the ticket and to take inventory when picking the garments up. (Oddly, enough, I noticed that when I picked up the suit, I first had to submit the ticket which then disappeared view immediately.)

They said the dress trim must have reacted to the cleaning solution. I would have to disagree with this because if that were the case the trim would have done this all over and not in one set place.
