I had to keep hitting coin slot to get one of them to accept the balance of the $5.50 I needed to put in. Once you start putting in coins you can't get the accepted coins back so I didn't have much choice but to try to get the rest in. It was a real challenge getting the change machine to accept any of the 10, 5 and 1 dollar bills I had. I can't imagine what I would have done if one of the six washers I was using had failed .I'd cycle. Another customer commented the place went downhill fast after the new people took it over.

I had the guests leave the linens and towels on the front porch and voila! Gone by 10am. The following day elves returned them, clean and neatly folded, just in time for the cleaners to re-make the beds. Got a notification from Tom, sent a Venmo, and have now saved the number. They can also work directly with your cleaners if you do this regularly. Yes, they can do fast turns (under 24 hour turns) but will need a heads up from you in advance. Highly recommend.

I only saw two washing machines that were out of order which seems pretty good considering I counted 18 of them in total. It cost me $6.50 to wash my rug, but I must admit the spinning cycle left it pretty wet --so I surely paid extra to dry it and make up for it. This is probably due to the rug-- not a problem with the machine. It got the job done! I would come back again when the rug or a bulky king comforter needs washing. It's sort of a tired looking place, but it suited my needs. There was no attendant, but there was a phone number on a sign if you needed one. These pictures were taken today.
