I've had the opportunity to use this store twice now. I've tried to use the post office and…read moreunfortunately the post office never has the ability to accommodate the need to ship things. They always want you to prepackage they always want you to pre-document they always want you to have everything on hand. This store has the ability to aid everyone that comes in and needs to ship things they have the shipping material. They have the capability to label. They have the capability to tape they have everything that you need. The staff is always willing to help. They're very friendly and they're always on Mark when it comes to getting your packages shipped out. I've now saved the store in my phone as a permanent location that I will always use when shipping anything even overseas. The one thing that I truly enjoy about this store is the service they don't have the same type of hours that the other stores have the other stores always close way before you can actually get to where you need to go to ship things this store has the extra hours, they go the distance that one would expect an American to do when it comes to service and customers.

He'd only call near the end of the year, but when he did, oh the stories he told...Battlestar Gallactica, his friend's startup in Philly, his relationship with Bob Vance, how he was going to retire and take up woodworking...I guess he must have retired early, because he was one heck of a salesman! And their quabity ashuintz guy, Creed. I'm so glad they kept him around after the duck on mouse waterprint incident. Dude sold me my first fake ID and my first PC. Even cooler that they were able to sell all those reams of duck on mouse paper to those furries! And I for one could and would use paper with the "F-word" watermarked on it! Keep on providing limitless paper for a paperless world. My Mom lived in Scranton - born and raised and I live in Los Angeles, California. I came out to handle arrangements for my Mothers final wishes last month and I had some issues that I had to deal with. I was out there alone because both my husband and daughter had to work and couldn't come with me so I was feeling very, very alone as it was. I had to make a bunch of copies of some travel receipts and print out a bunch of photos from my phone to take to court the day that I happened to find PostNet on Yelp. At the time my Mom had just died days before so I was a complete mess. I was kind of walking around in a haze. I knew I had to have these documents for court but since I was trying to find a place to do this at the last minute I was a frazzled mess. I walked through the door at PostNet and I felt an immediate comfort there. I don't ever write reviews but I had to just say this. I literally felt like these women just looked at me and knew that I needed help and they led me to an area where they showed me how to make my copies and then they took all of the photos and printed them off my phone for me. I have never met such a group of lovely women! They just gave me what I needed at the moment I needed it! That just does not happen much in life at all! After they helped me - they hugged me and we all got a bit emotional and I left. I didn't want to though. I know this may seem silly to many people but a business is nothing without the core people that own it and make it work every day! That matters to me!! These women that I will probably not see again gave me a half hour of their time when I needed someone desperately to see me and help me! I will NEVER forget them all!
