They did an amazing job. However I would like to review the most recent experience(Nov. 2023) I called a few weeks ago, spoke to Vinny about building him a brand new monster PC. A streaming computer second to none! He referred me on what parts exactly were needed to buy to build this, we brought everything to Vinny upon arrival. He actually came in on his DAY OFF Thanksgiving weekend to build and complete this for him. He was so passionate about it, spent hours upon hours and treated it like he was building his own PC and made sure it looked FLAWLESS! He did an outstanding job. This guy deserves a huge raise. He is an exceptional employee who went out of his way to make sure we were happy! He is the one employee that management needs to keep their businesses running smoothly! Ty Vince! This wasn't the easiest install as it involved troubleshooting and course corrections as we went. Jose was pleasant, informative, organized and extremely helpful. Then they didnt know which which vile of screws they had taken out of the computer actually belonged with my computer... to top it off when I said my cpmuter didn't look the same as when I brought in, they forgot to hand me back the (again -another piece) the battery! Lastly, after I took my computer to reputable company they were able to detemine the screen was taken out wrong, metal wire frames were bent, and to top it off, they were able to get a brand new, HP screen, not a knock off, in one day! I'd love to write in here who you should go to but then you, the reader, would think I was writing this to advertise for someone else. I'm not. I am a very unsatisified ex- customer and think you need to be aware of this. Don't go here. Period.

They made excuses that the part did not come in. They have terrible customer service skills. They never apologized for taking a month to replace my screen. They gave me BS excuses all the while. When I picked up my Asus, it wasn't even put back together correctly. The case was partly off and they said that is the way it was brought in. It was not. I simply snapped it back together in front of them. It worked OK for the first week. When I realized there was a grease stain on the inside of the touch screen. It slowly start to not function properly. The touch screen continues to get stuck where the grease is causing false inputs. Just recently, the connection where the keyboard docks is not working. When I took apart the tablet I found there was several screws missing that they never put back in. Incompetence does not begin to describe their abilities. They are rude, arrogant, liars who steal from their customers. Do the work yourself. You will take care of your property better than they will. I signed up with yelp just to post this by the way.
