Honestly I have been to multiple UPS stores. This one is the best. Needed a print job done for flyers and staples didn't want to hep so went over to UPS. Going inside I was greeted and everyone was so upbeat. Gabe the manager came up and helped me send it to the email and print my flyers. Was super fast and extremely nice. Best manager I have ever seen. If you are looking to ship out or print go to this store. Everyone is super nice and you feel like family walking in. Every time I come here to return my Amazon packages or from anywhere else, they are always so quick and efficient. They are all awesome!!!

I visit a lot of UPS Store and Fed Ex's for my job, so when I visit one like this one who's customer service truly went above and beyond, I always want to highlight them. I came with 56 boxes to drop off all that had prepaid labels that still needed to be attached. Gabe and his team helped up tape the labels on and not only let us use their handcarts but helped us load them and brought them inside. THANKS AGAIN for your help!!! read more

Use this UPS often and wait in line for receipt, while others drop off packages without waiting. Last Saturday I had to get to an appointment and couldn't wait, so tried to leave pre-printed, postage-paid package, but employee wouldn't let me! When I went back in the afternoon, second employee said it was ok to leave packages without receipt. When i told him what other employee said ( who was standing there doing nothing), he got wishy-washy and now said they dont reccommend it. So apparently the employees here have had issues with theft, or else why would there not be a policy? read more
