It does not have a stamp machine, for whatever reason. I'm guessing it was there once (there is a space for it) but they pulled it out due to the area. I really hate to pile on, given how much DeJoy has managed to take a wrecking ball to the service generally, but there are a couple things of note. The first is that they do not handle large packages well and have now lost 2 of mine. Small packages are evidently easier to keep track of, I guess. The second thing is that most of the staff does not know how to wear a mask correctly and they generally seem a lot like they're not taking COVID particularly seriously.

I've been to this UPS many times and rarely do I leave negative reviews. I went this morning to open up PO Box . After standing there for several minutes, it looked kind of busy.. I stood there patiently and waited as the line started to grow with four or five people after me.. I casually ask the girl that was running in the back, hello are you available? She turned around glared at me and shouted in my face, NO IM NOT! . I literally was sitting there like wow, I have no idea how I deserve this as a customer to come in and all I did is ask if she was available I was patient and kind. After her rude behavior, I looked at her name tag and noticed that she was actually the manager of this location, which put me into utter shock . I stood there thinking how can I come in here every day to get my mail and have to see this horrible manager who is so rude and can't even treat her customers with kindness. After being told, it was $63 to have my PO Box , they added an additional charge of $20 registration fee one time fee. I looked at the girl who was helping me and thanked her for being professional and kind, but I told her that that $20 was not told to me and that I did not feel that I wanted to pay that. I stood there thinking this is the worst experience that I've had here the managers, horrible, and speaks terrible to people. I can only imagine how she treats her employees . I decided to not open my PO Box here nor will I ship any business here nor will I recommend this place . I always try to support small businesses, especially in my community. A good manager would have said hello good morning Miss I am busy right now but this agent right here will be right with you or I'm sorry Miss I'm busy right now, but I will be right with you. This UPS store must be desperate for management because as a manager myself, I would never ever speak to anybody in the manner of tone that she did to me. This is a huge central post office hub. Latest mail Dropoff anywhere, period. You can get out…read moreovernight mail up until 6pm, you can drop late mail until 8:15pm and still have it go out that day with that day's date/time stamp. The place is spacious, clean, and the clerks are helpful and know their stuff because this is the biggest distribution center in the Utah/Idaho region. If you are a serious mailer, or a serious procrastinator, you have got to have this place dialed in.

Last time I went, they said I had to e-mail them now, no computer for me to do it myself. Fine. Today I e-mailed them and then they charged me $1 to process it for 3/4 hour labor?
