They charged me nearly $200, promised me a delivery date, and now the package is still not here when I needed it the most. This store is irresponsible, misleading, and only cares about charging you money upfront. Once they get your payment, they wash their hands and blame "the delivery." Nobody tells you the truth, and they don't take responsibility for anything. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay away from this UPS Store. They act more like scammers than professionals.

I recommend that you go to the location as early as possible, so you can be one of the first seen. There is a specific service window for passport services. You'll need to queue up there and sign your name on a list to be seen (each line is an estimated time slot). Then they'll ask you to fill out forms and then ensure that you have the right form of payment. A postal worker will call names off in the order of the list. When your name is called, you'll be taken to a seating area outside of the office where your passport picture will be taken. You wait there and then you'll be called into the room. After you get your picture taken, you'll then wait again for them to process the paperwork and then mail out your application to the Fed (you pay for postage). The whole process took about 45 minutes for me.
