I only needed to pay for a binder, and I had a gut feeling they were trying to get my transaction as fast as possible since it was just a binder. The only reason I had to pay anything is because they made me pay for the printing of my return label which I have never ever in my life had to do. And then they charged me another 50 cents on top of the 1.50 for a transaction fee. There is no transaction fee on a debit card pin transaction. That is a complete robbery of a charge and apparently illegal based on my search.
