Easy-peasy, smooth all-around.  Yeah, the cranky old man in me was a bit miffed that the guy currently helping me decided to answer a ringing phone instead of letting the other two guys - who weren't with customers - pick it up instead.  (The new generation just do things differently, I suppose.)  Packages went out that night, arrived/delivered the following day as needed. Glad they're in town and hope they can stick it out. (This mall has a notorious 'rep' for places not lasting all that long.)
