Always so welcoming, patient and helpful! Even if there is a line, they are extremely efficient.

We all know (and probably use) the social media parlance of "You had one job!" when someone/something utterly fails at said job. Well... this UPS Store knows (and executes) that one job and they literally save my company's rump every time we have to scurry over here to get some packages out the door.  The staff is always helpful and friendly.  They've never let us down on any of the letters and packages we've dropped off here. (And it's just an all-around better 'vibe' here than at the UPS Store in Rutherford.) read more

I feel like I've been living my life all wrong! I actually live in town and have been driving to the Rutherford location for any UPS needs for the past few years. Don't know what made me google any nearby locations but I'm so glad I did. This spot is located right in the pharmacy on Kearny Ave. Super easy to get to, always street parking and it's right around the corner from my house. Normally I use the UPS store for Amazon returns, like most of us do I'm sure. Amazon upgraded their return procedure and I walked in a little clueless. The man working today was so sweet and walked me through everything and even let me know about new plans that Amazon has for future returns. I am overwhelmingly grateful for the service provided at this location. I have lived in many states needing to ship items and this by far is the best UPS I've ever worked with. When I couldn't find the answers I was looking for online I called the store and was greeted by a friendly and helpful voice. I was able to talk to the owner who immediately jumped in and helped with my requests. That same day their team dropped off several boxes to my nearby apartment and I was able to get the ball rolling on packing. Within a few days paired with lots of welcomed communication the team at UPS Kearny picked up all of the boxes and my items that still needed to be packed and shipped. Without ever meeting the team I felt that I was in good hands and am so grateful for the customer service and patience. My items are now en route to my new home. I want to give a special shoutout to Doug and to Hetal for their exceptional assistance. If I'm ever in need of services in this area I will without hesitation choose you first. This is a new location that just opened not too long ago. The two gentlemen that helped me were incredibly nice and helpful. I came in with a few returns and they helped me pick the most cost efficient option possible. They LITERALLY saved me half the cost that was estimated. This UPS STORE is owned by a saint who employees people who also emulate the same standards that have been set before them. I recently moved and arranged to have an item shipped to their store since I would be at work during the time of delivery. Due to my own miscalculations the size and weight of the packages were simply impossible for me to physically move or fit into my little sedan. I asked the store owner if I could pay to ship it to my place during the weekend and they told me they would bring it over to my place and up to my third story apartment (which happens to be five minutes away) with no additional costs. This particular UPS store will be the only store getting my business for the forceable future as this is not run as a day to day business but as warm friendly family environment, as I could easily tell when the first moment I walked in and the owners were chatting with locals who had stopped in to have their packages delivered. 5 stars really doesn't do this place justice as places like these are far in-between, thank you again for going above and beyond to a newcomer in your city ! read more

Don't be afraid to ask questions. The staff here are here to help and will go above n beyond to help their customers. I was here in Harrison New Jersey for 2 months for Work. On my very last day I had scheduled a ups pickup for 150 boxes. UPS itself wasn't able to fulfill the pick up request and I had already schedule a flight and checked out of my hotel. So I gave them a call and they came quickly within 10 mins with a van to take majority of the boxes while I used the hotel shuttle to help with some. Definitely worth the 5 star and staff are friendly. Don't hesitate to use them. read more
