I did not even know they made XXS lab coats but they had it in stock and it was a perfect fit for me. They were running a scrubs trade in event where if you bring in your old scrubs, you get 20% off a new one. They also have partnerships with local hospitals, pharmacies and medical offices for a discount at the store. The lady working there was extremely helpful and friendly. If I ever need to get scrubs or lab coats, I would definitely come back here.

What resonated most with me is that, I was in dire need and Frank's employees could have shut the door and ended the sales for the day but they were kind enough to allow a small purchase of $24.99 to end the sales quota. No sales is to small to make a sale, they are a business that provides for its customers, no matter how much you spend. They are there for you, when you need them and that's why I keep coming back. They have uniforms, casual clothes, fishing and hunting gear, and sports equipment. There is not a better place to shop, I've been supporting Frank's Sports Shop since January 2003. I go to pay with my card I asked if they took apple pay they are asking me for my license and to show some type of ID with a picture so I said I left my wallet in my car that's parked around the block in one of the worst neighborhoods. The woman takes the basketball from my hand and the hat and puts behind the counter like I was going to steal it insane transaction totally unacceptable. Sadly, after this experience, we'll never do business here again. My son dropped off two brand-new uniform shirts to have one patch sewn onto each. We were charged $76. After another uniform store quoted about $5 per shirt for the same work, I called simply to ask about the pricing and whether any adjustment could be made. Instead of professionalism, I was met with hostility. Gary refused any refund or adjustment, the conversation became confrontational, and after I said I would never return, I was told I could find my shirts "in the middle of the street." I was forced to involve the Rahway Police Department just to retrieve our property. When I arrived, I was yelled at, was kicked out of the store, and informed that I was no longer welcome. The only resolution offered was store credit. To make matters worse, when we got home we discovered that both brand-new shirts were missing the exact same two middle front buttons. They were not missing when they were dropped off. I cannot say when or how it happened, but finding identical damage on both shirts only added to an already unacceptable experience. Charging whatever price you choose is one thing. Treating loyal customers with disrespect and hostility is another. I cannot recommend Blue Line Uniforms to anyone.

The current staff members are real genuine and their service are top-notch. They carry most uniform sizes in the store, however, finding the perfect boot size was a bit more difficult to locate. But no worries! They will order whatever size you want immediately and it'll take a week or two to arrive. A nice seamstress in the back of the store will size you up for the perfect uniform fit before total purchase. The patches are sewn on perfectly and it looks real professional. Unfortunately, the sewn on name tags are NOT made here but in their parent store in Newark...so you'll have to wait for that to arrive before picking up your new uniform. There is street parking (metered) and a mini parking lot in the rear of the building. God bless our boys in blue.
