I don't think I've ever felt calmer at a shipping location. The space was bright with lots of natural light. The staff had such good energy, they were very kind and helped me downsize my shipping box using a recycled box. And somehow the ambient music was hitting just right. I sent my shipping label in advance to be printed on site, and there were no issues picking that up either. Any day you have 0 problems at a shipping store is a good day. I have always had a 5 star experience and this time I had a bad experience. One of the lady storekeeper insisted me to pay for my envelope though I had bought a prepaid 2nd day shipping label. And then I had to run back to get my wallet. Now, she just scans my barcode and that's it , my mail is now ready. Without asking a customer what they are here for, she judged me on this. The staff are nice, the store is very clean. The problem is the computer systems are not user friendly and are basically a bait and switch RIPOFF!. They charge you 2.00 for the first 5 minutes (or so the sign says) But after only 2 minues my card was charged $6.28!. And the computer does not work with basic emails like gmails. It has a firewall set, so you never can log in. I spent so much time trying to figure this out and they charged my card alot, and would not refund it. Just said Oh well. Then on top of the that they held $19.95 to make sure my card had money on it. It is still deducated from my account. Next time I will go to Fedex on Montomery Street in Jersey City like I usually do. Their system if honest, fast and user friendly. read more
