Its not just me! This is the PO near my home thats more convenient to me but I end up going there only as a last resort (Starmount PO on South Blvd has the coolest clerks...FYI) As Chad said the convenience is killer, but the people who work there are MUTANTS!!! I can't think of one person there who isn't angry/rude/has the personality of a zombie. The only 3 packages that I've EVER mailed in my life (I'm 46) that were mailed to the wrong address because they were shipped incorrectly by the PO was out of this location, and all w/in the last 2-3 yrs. The cast of characters there include a cpl black guys who pay way more attn to the women in line & their back&forth conversations than what they're doing, an older blond white lady who looks/acts like she's on massive amounts of anti-psychotic meds, a big shaved headed white dude who looks like a WWA wrestler and like he's ready to start shooting, a little neat anal retentive guy who will isnpect everything you give him like he's looking for evidence of something...the list goes on... read more

Lost my package. Sent it to the wrong address. I received another package from the same company where the driver also signed my signature without my permission. Thankfully i received that package. I did not receive this package. Went to post office to check, supervisor said they would call back and did not. Had to go back personally to follow up again. No action taken. read more

Worst post office ever! If I was still running a business, this location they would put me out of business. Scheduled a pickup for a package (ebay sale) on a rainy day. They picked up said package, DIDNT SCAN IT, and left a drop off in its place. Oddly enough that package goes missing, they cant find it, I had to refund and be out money yet they deny my claim because their postal worker didn't scan it! If you schedule pickups and they get the package, sure hope you have a ring cam to prove it! read more

Carriers decide not to ever try to deliver items that require signatures and leave the note in the box saying they attempted delivery. Jokes on them - someone is home 24/7 and the door was never once knocked on. Heavy items are the same way. I'm paying for shipment to my home, not for the opportunity to wait in line to pick it up from the post office with my two kids. read more

Hands down the WORST postal store i've ever dealt with. Horrible attitudes, I would give Zero stars if possible, I will never use usps for shipping again just because this store is responsible for my deliveries and I know it will go wrong 10/10 times. Idk how those workers still have a job it's ridiculous! read more

I am convinced that the drivers are not even looking at the numbers on the package, only the street name. I have received over 4 packages that aren't mine in my neighborhood in the past month and unless I'm getting paid for delivering neighbors packages, make sure your drivers can actually read please! It is frustrating because our stuff is constantly delivered to the wrong addresses as well when we all have house numbers on the front of the house!! read more

"Brian" is prejudice and discriminatory against people sending packages to military bases. 3 horrible experiences back to back. 1st time rude to for no reason, giving attitude. I come back 6 months later bc it's convenient, only to be turned away. That's right. I arrived 25 minutes before closing, and I waited in line like everybody else, and I filled out custom forms. It's my turn and he's taking dimensions in Waze and he asked me to come back tomorrow because it takes too long to do I turn around and there are five people behind me. The time is now six minutes to closing and everything is ready to go, but he turns me away. He proceeded to serve five other people behind me. I come back the next day only because that's the only location open on a Saturday I walk in and there's nobody in there, but two clerks he's the first he completely avoids me and doesn't acknowledge my presence. I stand there awkwardly until the second receptionist takes me. This is didgusting behavior at a government facility. What is wrong with you Brian? Never coming back . I'll spend twice the money at FedEx just to avoid this ... repulsive human read more

They put live bugs in my mailbox on a 90+degree day. The box clearly said live animals on it!! Our mail lady is the worst. She stuffs packages in my mailbox that shouldn't fit!! read more

I hate this post office.. this is my local post office and multiple times I've ordered some things and they have left a notice in my box saying it couldn't fit and I would need to pick it up.. WELL NO SH*T honestly just use a diffrent shipping provider because if you use this post office one of them fat drivers will be to lazy to walk up ur driveway. read more

The past two weeks, entire household have been given "delivered" notifications for NUMEROUS packages that were NOT delivered. Definitely something suspicious or incompetence. read more

I'm a regular here. They offer standard post office services and are open on Saturday. The line can get long at times throughout the day, but the folks behind the counter are always prompt, helpful, and sincere in their interactions with people. I've not had a negative experience involving any of the postal workers in my 3+ years coming here. They have a self service option that is almost always open even when the line makes its way towards the entrance. They even took time to show me how to use it so that I could avoid the lines when possible. Recommended for postal services. read more

LAZY delivery chick dropped my package in the driveway! If she had walked 5 more feet to the door, there's a bush near the door that would partially hide the package; anything is better than leaving the pkg in plain view. So glad I was at home to witness her. I think perhaps she was contracted out because she was in a person vehicle so I don't want to point the finger at the regular driver. USPS..TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE!!!! I'm sure the sender wouldn't be happy to know the priority price he paid included this sorry service!!! read more

US Post Office - USPS delivery chick must've been advertising for porch pirates! Didn't even bother to walk 5 more steps to the door! - Post Offices Near Me - Mint Hill, North Carolina

I have complained to the management before to no avail. Our postal carrier simply doesn't care about doing a good job. He/she delivered two packages today and put them on our deck in the rain...no plastic bags... And the garage door was wide open 5 feet away! I am not even kidding. The packages were soaked. Thank goodness the shipper knew the level of incompetence that plagues the USPS and protected them well. read more

I actually LOVE going to this location. They have been my post office since 2007. I run a business from home and look forward to shipping my packages from this location! read more

Literally called over 7 times just for them to leave the line ringing. Lazy ass workers. This is the first time since Ive been living here in Charlotte/Mint Hill that there is an issue delivering my things because there is a "car blocking the mailbox". All of the cars are in the drive way idiot. Show up next time and literally put shit in the mail box. Isn't that what you're paid for? read more

I get all the bad reviews. Customer service definitely lacking. I'll send my package ups thank you

By far the worst experience I have ever had. If we do have a package delivered through the USPS (Which we try to avoid) it better not be heavy. Its not coming like its suppose too. Reason, "It won't fit in the mail box." Then bring it to the garage or door. "Its to heavy. The driver has a weight limit" Send another driver. " Okay we will do that" Week later still waiting. This happens over and over again. We have even been asked to buy a a package back from the PO which we had already paid for at amazon. Its truly insane what they get away with. If I could put zero stars I would rude customer service, ridiculous how they treated people. Truly disappointed

I think the key approach for this post office is to avoid interacting with employees. It's definitely worked for me! I only come here after hours, and I either drop off mail/packages or use the self-service machine. I never have a problem with either process. At some USPS locations, the postage machines fail to print postage, or the postage gets stuck in the machine. This one works just fine. read more

I do not understand why the employees at this location are permitted to treat customers the way they do. I have truly never been treated with such disrespect. This is unfortunately always the case and I have no choice but to use this branch for picking up packages. Although I have never treated them with anything less than respect, they are horrific. They actually roll their eyes when you are speaking. read more

I was over in Mint Hill and needed to mail something so headed to this location. I didn't realize how down Lawyers road this location is. You can tell this location is not a fancy new building - but rather something that has probably been there since the beginning of time. The outside and the inside could use a little TLC. The interior has all of the packing materials you may want to buy and was well stocked. When I got in line there was only one person working. When I was next someone else walked up and took me. She decided to use their newer technology - which just looked like an iphone and a wireless printer to check me out rather than an actual register. I'm all for upgrading technology but I think it was a slower process having her type it in on the smaller screen and waiting for the phone to sync with the printer. I honestly would have rather waited for the other cashier. The receipt you get from the wireless printer is smaller and not as detailed as the receipts you get from the registers with all of the tracking information. read more

I will give them this much, they at least returned phone calls.... But the man that works there (never bother to give me his name) was rude beyond words, misinformed too. Seemed very annoyed about the fact that I happened to be widow so the father of the minors wouldn't be available to sign.... Called York county, got a person on the phone (not a machine) who was very happy to answer questions, polite and sweet. No need for appointments in York county either... Save yourself time and headaches, go across state lines and get your passport done by someone that knows how to treat people. read more
