I hate to put every office under the same bucket, but until my visit to this location, all of my previous visits have not been pleasant at all. It seems the workers are always in a bad mood, giving attitudes to people and simply hating life. So coming here and finding workers with big smiles, and actually helping people without any kind of bother was very refreshing. The two workers I encountered on this visit were total troopers and very pleasant people to deal with. Keep up the good work!

I felt so bad and it didn't make me feel nice so I left and I went over to this post office and the lady was really great. She had a good sense of humor dry sense of humor, but I really liked her. She was so helpful. I could see that she was a good employee and she made me feel good when I left. I hope people give her credit for that excellent employee and a nice person.

If you go early enough you usually won't have a huge wait. However there's usually only one person sometimes two to help. I've had one or two ladies that were helpful but there's one person no matter the time of day, no matter how nice and the biggest smile you can put on, she's just rude. And because you need her for your mailing needs you just have to put up with it. I'm the kind of person who likes the challenge of making someone smile even if they've been having a tough day. No chance with this one. Just giving a heads up, it's nothing you did, she's just rude ;)

Whenever I have gone inside to drop off PREPAID packages to the counter, I always get dirty looks from the people who have been standing in line for a long time. It looks like I'm trying to crowd ahead of others. It gives me the creeps. Unfortunately, there is no designated spot to drop your package off except to immediately go left to the counter after you enter. Once the postal lady finally looks at you, you loudly have to say "Prepaid," and she points to the counter without saying a word. Then carefully go around the angry people in line and get the heck out of there. If you go to the USPS website, they urge you to USE their prepaid service because it is quicker and easier, with no standing in long lines! But when you get to any post office, there are NO SIGNS where to place your package. This is a problem at every post office that I have tried. The counter area is usually a non-supervised place. I don't want my packages to be stolen or lost or forgotten. Then you have a whole set of new problems. I definitely do not enjoy going to a post office to mail anything. I won't even mention the attitudes of some of the employees.

I received rude and unprofessional service from the post office manager, Fernando, and a clerk named Nicolette. They refused to assist me or explain my options, declined to provide service, and refused to show their name tags when asked. As a result of their behavior, I became upset and expressed my frustration. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, they asked police officers to remove me from the premises. I believe this conduct is inappropriate for government employees and does not meet the standards of customer service expected from USPS staff.
