If I could give this sh!tty place a 0, I f****** would! They've lost 3 packages of mine. 1 WAS NEVER "FOUND"; very convenient it was an expensive purse. Never refunded me and avoided me always. This post office is one of the businest ones in the Miami/Miami Beach area and for good reason; they close at 7pm weekdays to service your needs. That's 2 hours later than the post office in Miami Beach near my home. The day I went they were slow, but then got busy from no where which is understandable. They absolutely offer the best rates domestically or internationally; UPS and FedEx can't compare. Be sure to send your International packages "First Class" instead of "Priority" and you'll save 50% of the cost but also, be sure to fill in a customs form for First Class if you're sending a package outside the US. (Priority has their own custom's form) My experience was excellent and every attendant was super super friendly and apologized for the long wait to every customer as they walked up! Talk about customer service at their finest...you can't even get that from your local Starbucks. read more

This is the post office nearest to my house. I have never had any issues here. Sometimes the line to see a representative can be long though, but in Miami where is that not the case? When shipping domestically I always use the self service kiosk which allows me to skip the line. In and out, just like any trip to the post office should be! No complaints here. read more

This post office services North Miami and North Miami Beach and is next door to Target on Biscayne. The drive way and parking lot is little bit of a drive down off the side street on the left (right is Target). The parking lot has a lot of spots but it was really busy on Saturday. Because the lines were so long on Saturday we actually came back on Monday because we didn't want to wait. The employee my wife had pleasure of dealing with was very quick, kind and personable. This is the worst post office. The lines are always long and the drop box for pre paid items from the kiosk is always broken or stuck!!! Many nights or early mornings I have driven there when the drop box has been broken and it was a total waste of a drive. There is no way of knowing and recently the handle even broke off the thing.
