This post office is one of the better ones that I have been to. They treat their customers with respect and are friendly and helpful. I value that because usually some of the postal employees are on the grumpy side (I hate to say that but it is true). So kudos to this location for their customer service. This location has a very large parking lot which is great. They are usually busy all hours of the day. Whenever I drive by, their parking lot is full. If I could give this sh!tty place a 0, I f****** would! They've lost 3 packages of mine. 1 WAS NEVER "FOUND"; very convenient it was an expensive purse. Never refunded me and avoided me always. In the area running errands, not used to coming to this post office. The service is fine, but the office is run terribly. There has consistently been a line out the door due to workers continuously going to the back with (likely) no purpose considering multiple workers keep asking where the others went and why they are gone so long. I have been here around an hour between getting a box, trying to find a pen(there is none, I gave up) and now in line with 10 people in front of me and, again, NO workers to be found. This post office is one of the businest ones in the Miami/Miami Beach area and for good reason; they close at 7pm weekdays to service your needs. That's 2 hours later than the post office in Miami Beach near my home. The day I went they were slow, but then got busy from no where which is understandable. They absolutely offer the best rates domestically or internationally; UPS and FedEx can't compare. Be sure to send your International packages "First Class" instead of "Priority" and you'll save 50% of the cost but also, be sure to fill in a customs form for First Class if you're sending a package outside the US. (Priority has their own custom's form) My experience was excellent and every attendant was super super friendly and apologized for the long wait to every customer as they walked up! Talk about customer service at their finest...you can't even get that from your local Starbucks. read more

This post office services North Miami and North Miami Beach and is next door to Target on Biscayne. The drive way and parking lot is little bit of a drive down off the side street on the left (right is Target). The parking lot has a lot of spots but it was really busy on Saturday. Because the lines were so long on Saturday we actually came back on Monday because we didn't want to wait. The employee my wife had pleasure of dealing with was very quick, kind and personable.
