Horrible horrible verbal abuse from the postal women.. I didn't get her name but I was there at 2:30.. She has been there for many years and has always been rude.. This was the last time I go there she is just the most unpleasant person I've ever met!! And she sai she could process my custom form because the machine wasn't working and had no idea when it would be then ordered me to the side where continued to berate me so I took my packages and walked out.. This was an incredibly disappointing first-time experience. On July 21, 1pm the woman working alone Black with braids, singing to herself was extremely unprofessional and rude. At one point, she stopped assisting customers to complain to a postal worker about not receiving overtime pay, saying he was doing the job she should have been paid extra for. Honestly, maybe she didn't get the overtime because her work pace was slow and her attitude unpleasant. When it was finally my turn and I was standing by my boxes not even approaching her window she loudly said, "Don't come to the window, don't come there's a sign to wait until you're called." I hadn't even moved toward her window yet. I said who is she talking to IDK if she heard it but definitely the others around me. Absolute terrible service. Never had a ruder or more unpleasant service ever in my life after coming here. Unfortunately it's the closest post office to my house, otherwise I would stay far away from here as possible. The women who work the front need to get checked because they don't understand customer service whatsoever. I stopped at post office to hold mail. first the person said they didn't have the form. then she said I had to go to a different office. then when I asked why she couldnt submit a request (since it couldn't let me do it online) she said that's not something she can do and to go to another office. a federal service that makes you drive all around Miamo to see which office can help you is completely ridiculou. not only did she not put my mail on hold she refused in any way to help me get it done. and there is no manages according to her so there was no recours no would give it a zero of possible. they should close this office since they are unable to progide even the most basic service read more

One of the workers there was awful. Mean and not helpful. Literally asked her a question to see what to do and she had attitude. Gave her the options I knew based on everything I had in order to ask her my options and she said I didn't have any options. Once I used one of the envelopes she proceeds to tell me one of the options I was asking her about and she said she said that earlier, when she didn't.... That's what I was trying to ask her when I was exploring my options. She tried to tell me I wasn't listening, when she was obviously not wanting to be helpful at all, and didn't realize until after she emotionally regulated and processed my fucking words. This place is a joke. And so is the lady in there who seems to think that she is the absolute supreme decision maker of the world. She is downright rude and nasty to people. She closes up whenever she wants to, I have proof. Many people were trying to come in and she had locked the door and started screaming that she was closed although it was 3 o'clock, not 4:15 as says on the door. There are no signs that state they're closing early. There are no holidays. She has been nasty for quite some time. I only go there on necessity and walk in and out because dealing with her and hearing her attitude and downright bitterness, is just not on my to do list. Instead of talking like a decent person, she barks at everyone and never gives an explanation. There were three other people there at the same time as me that were confused and upset. I went two days in a row and both days she closed early. One day she wouldn't even come out of her little hole in the back of that office. It's disturbing and the 800 number doesn't like to pick up apparently. Trying to figure out who to complain to, because it's disgusting. Waited in line for 20 minutes only to watch one person after the other, who was not in line but rather filling out forms on the side, be helped by the postal worker before me. July 9th at 3pm a post office employee refused service to my mom because she didn't speak English. My mom called me and I translated for her over the phone but the post office employee( she said her name was Sammy but probably lied) said she is not going to help my mom because she didn't speak English even though I was translating for her. She said she doesn't want to help her because she only speaks Russian. I told her to talk to me and she refused to talk to us at all. She was very rude and was yelling and taking down to my mother. She is very racist and should not be allowed to work with the public. I filed a complaint online and if nothing is done about this I will file a lawsuit. I felt like it was my lucky day coming in when Michael ( Mike) and Maryland were working. Not only do they go out of their way to help me they were both so nice. The lady at the front desk Denise , was EXTREMELY rude to an older Italian man & Hispanic man because she either didn't understand the accent or simply just didn't know Spanish. This post office definitely has earned its low rating. Principal at the post office is filthy, I mean you going to this beautiful building and then it's just nasty dirty. So I take my package up to drop it off and the Lady barks at me, we are not going to except a package that way and that you need to learn how to pack things basically. I have never experienced a postal clerk that was that rude, I mean I think she was thinking that she was being helpful but the way she spoke to me an elderly man that I had to step aside for was just like she was shouting at us and giving us orders and I don't think she understood it that's the way she speaking to people but it's really rude and I don't wanna come back to this post office in really have to deal with her again. It's so sad that a beautiful small city as Sunny Isles allows such an awful service in their area. Unfortunately I have to come often because is next door to my office, but after today I've decided to drive a little far and never come back again. There's this very angry and rude clerk, she makes everybody's experience awful and miserable, she's extremely disrespectful with older people and non-Americans, she's loud and totally lacks of any patience. We are in a city with many ethnicities and also tourists, but she doesn't seem to understand that because she's even more disrespectful if you're not "american"... none the less, she thinks everybody should know how to send a package, God forbids if you make a mistake, or forgot something, she will basically question you so loudly and rudely almost humiliating. When you walk in leave your self respect at the door because you will most likely be screamed at, talked to condescendingly and don't you dare ask a question! You will just have to suck it up and take the harassment in order to send your package. I don't send packages often and am a quieter person and just left because they were so mean. My boyfriend went in because I didn't feel comfortable in there and he said the SAME THING happened to him. DENISE has to be one of the most miserable people in this entire universe. I walked in with my dog, who is a service dog. After she told me to leave, I let her know he is a service dog. She proceeded to try to kick me out saying emotional support is not service animal (I know- that's why I said service dog not emotional support). I showed her his tag with his ID & she continued to say my dog is "not a service dog" because he "got up" when a woman walked in thru the doors after us. She continued to argue with me and this second woman, ganging up on me accusing my dog of not being a service dog after his tag was shown. EXCUSE ME? Extremely unprofessional! If I could give zero I would...I was a couple of minutes late to the post office in Sunny Isles today,(2/20/19)...but the door was open and there were two costumers at the desk....When I entered Denise told me that they were closed and didn't understand why the door didn't lock..(not my fault). I said all I need is a roll of stamps (life line of post office)...She asked me to step further inside so she can see what was wrong with the door. At that time I thought she was going to take care of me...Why ask me to come inside....when she finished checking the door she told me to leave...she was nasty, arrogant and beligerante. So I got just as nasty...see the camera tapes....she threatened to call the police. Imagine!...This is customer service. She and others like her that have her attitude, who work for the post office is exactly why they are 2billion dollars in the arrears every year. If she had worked for me and treated my customers like she treated me...(I am a customer)....I would have fired her on the spot. They can be as arrogant as they want...and abuse the little power they have with the walls of their post office. She should not be representing the US Post Office or the US Government. Clerk seems to forget that they are there to perform a job and provide customer service, not to send customers away to other post offices. I went to send some things, basically baby close and a little doll, all for my niece. It is not the first time I do it so I know the size of box I need and that the open tape on the table is the one everybody uses; they charge you for using it but not the whole roll... Well I notice they do not have the size of priority box I needed. The woman working there first ignored me, then tried to avoid helping me, and after a while of me asking and asking, she just insisted that what I want doesn't exist and it had never existed. I insisted I have bought it before, she said no... So I had to buy a huge box (more expensive and the double of the size I needed). Then I put everything inside the box and taped it with the tape they always have open there to be used... It was almost all used; at least a 3/4 of it were already used by people that came before me... When I went to pay she was very rude all the time but she got worse when she told me she is going to charge me for the whole roll of tape. I explained that I didn't open a new one, I just used the one they had open there and she can see the tape is almost all used and the amount I used in my box is not enough to finish a new one... She told me they have problems with thieves but today she caught me! She called me a thief and charged me for the tape everybody has been using when I didn't even use a quarter of it! I called to the USPS and put a formal complaint, you see I don't like to go and spend $50 and be called a thief!!! Terrible customer service! I don't understand how someone sooo rude gets hired to work directly with clients!!!!!!!!! I don't know her name, but she is the one who worked at this post office today (Friday 09) at 3:03pm and my bill says "clerk 5"...
