The staff was very nice, they agree that you making you feel right at home. I visited around lunchtime and you would think because of the area that the bank would've been extremely packed but it wasn't. In and out. Honestly, it was the fastest in bank transaction that I've had in quite a while. They have plenty of tellers, seating, financial advisors on staff and bonus free parking, if you can get in the garage on top. I accidentally parked on the side of the building. Ended up paying $30 for just 15 minutes. Pay OK attention to the parking guys! Other than that great experience. read more

I have been to dozens of USPS's all over Miami and this is definitely the BEST post office I've ever been to. Robert and the 2 ladies working there are absolutely amazing. ROBERT is such a great help always and always goes above and beyond. He is always vibrant and funny and truly enjoys his time. I wish all post offices were like this one. I have to travel quite far to get to this post office but the experience is worth it compared to my local branch. Highly recommended. read more

The funny thing is when I lived in Delray, I'd go to the Pineapple Grove USPS often. It had a small town feel to it. Did that mean the employees were nice? Quite the contrary. I dreaded going. So when I moved to Miami, I wrongfully assumed that due to the hustle and bustle, it would be worse. I could not be more wrong. The USPS workers here seem like they are actually proud of their job (as they should be because thank god for USPS), and they are always so pleasant and helpful. I no longer dread trips to the post office. My only FYI is that if you drive, there isn't free parking, and sometimes the line can extend out the door. Walk and be patient. read more

I rushed out of work early to squeeze in right before closing at 5PM. The gentleman at the counter was welcoming and eager to help. I've done business with many post offices in my time and nothing compares. I'm proud my tax dollars are going to institutions such as this. awful service they put insuf address in my package it was returned to the sender since march 29 and I'm still waiting to arrive to the sender , there is no more update from my pack in the tracking since April 8 , I'm still waiting for more information is a huge suitcase from Vzla and things there are more than priceless , things that even with the insured ( i add insure by the way ) I couldn't recover because they are things that are not worth money, things that I couldn't never buy again, things that have no replacement, and I call and call and they do not answer in that specific office, I have already made thousands of complaints, thousands of service requests and they still do not deliver my package or to whom I sent it." read more

The new post office location is cleaner, more modern, and a little smaller than the old location. I feel like it's a little bit less accessible because the entrance is on SE 2nd Street and the signage isn't great. Still the same nice workers that work here though. They didn't have any of the white priority mail boxes out when I went. Maybe they're still setting up? This location is close to me so I will continue to return. I only wish they opened earlier than 9am. read more

Since the USPS location at the Southeastern Financial Center (200 S. Biscayne) recently closed, this new location now services the Downtown Miami area. It is located in the lower floor of the Chase Bank building, near La Granja and next door to Edible Arrangements. While this location is a bit further from my job, I choose to view that as a benefit, as it now forces me to walk more and get more exercise. In total, I walked a mile, in 15 minutes, in heels. The lobby is quite small, but the employees are quite efficient and in less than 5 minutes, I had my package stamped with signature confirmation tracking and insurance and on my way back to my office. The gentleman that helped me did a great job in explaining both tracking numbers and highlighting the information I would need to pass on to my buyer for purposes of tracking the package. I assume they keep their supplies in the back, because I did not see shipping supplies in the lobby, nor stamps -- only gift cards. As I said, their lobby is tiny, so it wouldn't surprise me if that's how they handle things. I don't know if they get crowded at certain times of the day versus others, but I came around 2 p.m. and there was only one person in line ahead of me. I think this is a good time to come because you're beating the morning rush and lunch rush and perhaps during those time blocks, due to large crowds, they won't be able to work as quickly. read more

Obviously old post prior to time. This USPS office is not staff sufficiently. Of course staff can't do much about it but don't seem to try to get the line moving. I wrote this post is hope that things will change but ONE person working during peak hours is a disservice to the community and employees. Customers come first! Lines are always outrageous at this USPS. read more
