This post office is permanently closed June 4th 2022 signage on the door. Had to use UPS across the street

The post office told me that they don't have to scan anything even it's a first class or priority or what ever prepaid package I would bring. I called 1-800.., so over there representative told me that of course especially Mail like a Priority must be scanned by post office. And I can go on and on and on about this story, because rep on the phone says, post office must scan it and any time I'm telling it to post office, this post office telling me NO, they not. Beside that, please clean you parking lot at least once a year! Call the city, ask them to clean it! It's getting a bad rap. I'm grateful it's close, small l, easy to go in and out and its helped me get things moving.

The employees do not care to work there, the place is a mess, never any labels or boxes. The manager of this branch needs to do something about it. One person working at 10am on a Saturday. Line is out the door. Wonder who does the scheduling.

I walked in and made the line and an emoloyee with curly brown hair gave me the worst service , i dont know if she was having a bad day . But she wasn't understanding , I forgot my key and infront of the whole usps she told me basically it wasnt her problem . It was my first time forgetting the key . I think She should've spoken in a nicer tone , and maybe in a little lower volume . Directly to me not so that all the customers should hear . I know USPS is known for Good Customer Service . But this experience was embarrassing and no Professionalism AT ALL . I normally dont give bad reviews . But this USPS Location and that employee , needs to be more respectful, and have better customer service . Very unprofessional the mew man manager was more consirn about not accepting that a package arrived there and sigh was missing was not happy it was almost closing time my mail lady is very sweet honest works very hard she gave me 2 packages and said she did not see anything else at the post office I had received an email like usual saying the package was supposed to be delivered Dec 13 with the other 2 so the man at the post kept asking for tracking I said I have it here in my email from post office no no I need the tracking from the seller wish is totally ignorant is the same number so I gave it to him and the rudely said it got delivered I said sir it did not I told you the mail lady hand me 2 said couldn't find the other one he said how do you know wish one I said sir it has the name who is sending it started talking over me repeating how do you know I try to say again sir it has the company name mean while this is a manager instead of looking totally unmanageable unprofessional when I start to tell him again sir it has the name he said am done and walked away said am done but it happens all the time in government offices what can I say and they get away that's why they do these behaviors over and over very seldom do they get fired given a behavioral punishment read more

Terrible service! Granted I entered the lobby at 5:58p but the attendants refused to scan my packages. I even explained I have prepaid labels and they replied they been at work all day and ready to go. Smh! They even had the nerve to continually make snide disrespectful remarks when I explained my displeasure. Never again read more

Shipping at USPS is a weekly routine for me. I've never encountered an issue going to the post office until today. I was attended by a woman named Linda at the post office. Not only was she incredibly rude, I asked for her assistance in borrowing some tape only to be given a roll of tape. OK...great! Except I had no way of cutting the tape. She came over and told me I had to rip it with a pen or a key. To my dismay I had neither available. She aggressively came to me and ripped the tape off my box and told me I was "taping incorrectly" (mind you I've been shipping weekly for years) she continued to tell me to grab a pen even though there was NONE available. She kept on with her rude attitude telling me I had cut the shipping label incorrectly and she didn't know how I was going to send it out. I can't even give a star the service was horrible. Kayla attempted to help me. I was confused with the price so instead of breaking down the price she decided to tear the stick off the box and have someone else help me. Remind you there's a huge line out the door, other customers watching while she is yelling----- "I want to see how you got that price someone else can ring you up!" Repeating over and over. I told her it's fine I will pay the price I have to leave my children and mother are in the car. Kayla refused to help and gave my package to the next person at the desk. I then had to wait again. For the next person to take my package, While someone else was checking me out. I did not say one word to Kayla and she continued. Yelling and screaming at me "I want to see how you got that price! I want to see how you got that price!" Over and over she continued. Customers then started recording her on there cellphones. I asked her, what her name was and she told me she's not telling me and she took her name tag off. I asked the other women that was helping me out for the name she explained she couldn't give it to me if I was going to complain. Horrible experience, I hope this gets addressed and no other customers have to experience it. And I think cameras should be pulled because the aggression on throwing my package and ripping the stickers off was uncalled for. read more
