As a result of their behavior, I became upset and expressed my frustration. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, they asked police officers to remove me from the premises. I believe this conduct is inappropriate for government employees and does not meet the standards of customer service expected from USPS staff.

The inside was clean and organized with kiosks of greeting cards and gift cards for sale. For a USPS location, it was very quiet with two employees working the package transactions. The woman was very professional and scanned my package and provided me with an online tracking receipt. She cracked a smile and gave her a green smile tap on the digital screen for her job performance and left pleased.
