had a very unfortunate experience at this post office today. I felt the customer service was unnecessarily rude, dismissive, and lacked basic courtesy and professionalism. I came in to send a certified letter and politely asked for guidance since I had never mailed one before. Instead of being helped respectfully, I felt rushed and spoken to in a very abrupt manner. At one point, items were handed to me in a way that felt disrespectful rather than helpful. I was repeatedly told to move aside while other customers were attended to, and when I asked simple questions, the responses felt impatient and unkind. I made a conscious effort to stay calm and not escalate the situation because I believe respect goes both ways, even during stressful moments. I simply expected basic customer service and professional communication. I hope this feedback is taken as an opportunity to improve, because everyone deserves to be treated with kindness and respect. I am not leaving this review because of one mistake, but because of the way I felt treated throughout the interaction. Very unfriendly atmosphere. About 5 sheets of paper with "PLEASE WAIT IN LINE UNTIL YOU ARE CALLED" are taped to the walls, backs of computers.. and anywhere they could basically. They have also roped off areas.. quite ridiculous. Attitude of the workers is unnecessary. I once was waiting in line while an attendant was having an afternoon nap. They always select the happy face on the screen for you when the computer asks how was your experience. I still prefer going here than the sunny isles one... read more

This was the nicest post office. I went to the sunny isles post office. I asked the lady who worked there a simple question and this is it sunny isles. I asked if I could put my stuff down for a second and she yelled at me saying there's three tables you can go over there and I didn't see that there was another table so I went over and then I heard her yell at another girl. I felt so bad and it didn't make me feel nice so I left and I went over to this post office and the lady was really great. She had a good sense of humor dry sense of humor, but I really liked her. She was so helpful. I could see that she was a good employee and she made me feel good when I left. I hope people give her credit for that excellent employee and a nice person. read more

US Post Office - Ojus - Post Offices Near Me - North Miami, Florida

So irresponsible they have lost 3 of my packages and I've lost money due to refunds and unable to reattain my package. When I asked staff, I was shut down, without the opportunity to explain my situation I went to the USPS on Biscayne to see if it was just this one and it was just this one the next day my tracking number was available. It's been over a week and they haven't even scanned it for the fun of it, I still have no active tracking number on either of them and no package. It's embarrassing on their behalf. If you sell stuff online stay away they won't even scan if even if they're paid to, tragically hilarious but holy moly this is frustrating read more

NEEDS OVERHAUL!!! I've never had an issue with any of the employees. I believe they are doing the best they can under the circumstances and budget. Im writing this review because this location isnt closed as currently reported (yes I did edit the business). This is a small but nice local post office. Its my go-to whenever I need to ship or get supplies. The staff are all nice but can be sassy too, its comes with the territory I suppose. Seriously, they are very helpful and you can imagine all the yahoos they need to deal with. The only negative would be that when it is busy it can be tight inside and the parking can be a little hectic also, but overall never had any issues and all my packages have arrived intact. I usually never buy a lot of extra stamps, because I dont usually mail stuff, and my excuse to the ladies is that I like to come in and visit. If you need postal services, this location will provide all that you need. Give them a try. read more

I'm only giving this place 1 star as I can't give 0. The people that work here are among the most rude, lazy and slowest moving people I have ever met in my life. I work in the area and usually drive literally 2-3 miles away to the Hallandale branch so I don't have to put up with this post office. Then time goes by and I try again because it is so much closer for me and each time I wonder why I didn't just drive the two extra miles. I've been upcharged on at least two occasions where they've said I couldn't mail something first class mail and I've had to go priority where when I go to Hallandale I can mail first class. I have a business where a lot of the same size shipments go out weekly so I can safely say I know the cost and way things can be mailed. To spare the argument I always just mail it. I've stood in line for over a half hour so that the woman that hasn't cut her nails in over 10 years can complete a conversation she's having with a "regular" customer. I've waited while another employee had to redo my entire order after I had to notice (not her) that she was about to ship my parcel to Austria and not Australia. Then the receipt tape runs out, then the sticker tape runs out. Just unbearable. If you're having a bad day and want it to get worse, come to this post office! read more

I ship through the postal service a lot, and usually end up at a post office at least 2-3 times a week. In my travels I've been to many post office locations in the Miami and Broward areas, but this particular location is definitely one of my favorite ones. This post office is very small with limited parking but the workers always make it worthwhile. They are a hoot, very nice, funny, and very helpful. Most of the time I have my hurricane of a 2 year old with me, and he absolutely loves organizing their wall of paperwork. They have never been rude, rushed, or short with me. Overall if you are respectful to them like you should be since they deal with different folks all day, then you will be provided with fantastic service. read more

i agree most of the woman at Ojus especially the woman with the gray streak in her black hair is extremely rude Im so surprised they have not fired her or at least sent her to anger management program etc. On so many occasions they are on auto mode they have zero attention span and just are set to one mode which is Rude always. I hope they get an entire new staff , honestly . So dissappointed in their service . !!! read more
