I dont need to talk about the incredibly poor service, or the rude, disrepectful employees within this branch. The majority of these reviews have covered all of that. My biggest problem is with the substitute carriers. My regular carrier is kind, respectful, courteous, and a joy to speak to, when i see her. She looks out for my packages, gives them to me directly when i see her, and she never mis-delivers anything to my box. Some of the carriers, like her, work hard and care about their jobs. Her work ethic is extraordinary. She is one in a million. At times, she needs her much deserved time off. That's when things go to the dogs. Every substitute for her has been absolutely terrible. Just last week, she was out for a day, and i received 3 different people's mail in my box. i have seen the substitute carriers, standing at these cluster boxes, shoving mail in, and at the same time, talking to their friends on their phones. This is a distraction! This is one reason I'm getting other peoples mail! These carriers are not paying attention, or doing their jobs properly. Sure, the 'WANT' their job...they just don't want to 'DO' their job. The people that are in charge of them, are just as bad, if not worse. God forbid you take that job away from them? The carriers from this location are LAZY and LIARS. My package delivery date was between 12/6-12/12. Company i ordered from said USPS came to my house and left a notice. Both lies. When i went to the post office to pick up my package, the teller said she can not look up a package without a tracking and that a notice was left at my door. Gave her my name and address and said i will not leave without my package. Magically she found my carrier and package. She also said the carrier said sorry she ran out of slips to leave at my door. Came in the morning and there were two ladies working. Had to wait about 5-10 minutes before being helped. The lady that helped me seemed nice, said hello, and offered me all the available shipping options to send an envelope. I wish this location had those automated services where you can print your postage, among other things from a computer and don't have to wait in line. The change this post office went through is amazing, at one point I thought it was where DMV workers got sent if they didn't have enough personality. As you wait in line the manager walks the line checking to make sure everyone has what they need to do what they came for, makes the lines quicker. It also saves everyone that annoying feeling of getting to the front of the line, only to have to fill out one more form and get back into line. When I got up to the desk, the young lady I was dealing with was friendly, quick and competent. I don't have much to say about this post office other than the fact that I was in and out in just a couple of minutes. There is plenty of parking and mailboxes to drop off your packages. It is conviniently located in 441 but you must be careful as it has only one entrance to the parking lot. If you pass it, you can't enter the other one because is an exit only. read more

They don't like to deliver packages that don't fit in the mailboxes, they take them back to the post office for me to pick it up which DEFEATS the purpose of me ordering anything offline. Also, when trying to pick up the packages from the post office for some reason they are never anywhere to be found or it takes them FOREVER to find them. My mom bought me a gift for my birthday (a gift that could fit in the mailbox) that was not delivered to our house, she tracked it and it said it was at the post office. My mom called the sender who then sent a picture of the package WITH the address on it.
