According to the manager, that's her name. She behaved in an aggressive, unkind manner, without a smile or polite words, to the point that I told her that I didn't feel good about going out to send mail to Israel because it was urgent and I have no idea why she was acting towards me like a police officer or an army commander. I was looking for something in the address that was missing and instead of helping, she continued to answer in a big way. Finally, when I said, please call the manager, she told me: You're crazy! This is not my usual experience at this office, nor in Aventura, where everyone is nice, polite, and kind-hearted. We live in a very difficult and violent world today, and I think that nice and pleasant service can help get through the day, and a girl like that should not serve the public.

This post office is the worst in any type of service. The employees at this center need to take…read moreetiquette classes. They are all so rude and disgusting. If you call their telephone number (305) 687-2484, it continuously rings/rings and shortly, goes into a busy signal. What I learned, is that they lower the volume on all of the phones, with the exception of one phone in case a Supervisor or Manager calls from the USPS postmaster. CANNOT wait until they start closing these facilities and all of the lazy ass ppl lose their jobs. After living in my neighborhood over 30 yrs - FPL contacts me to tell me that my address is wrong and they couldn't deliver my bill. When I check my address on the website (FPL) it is correct. I figured that the lazy ass POSTAL worker either put it in the wrong mailbox or simply sent it back. MIND you, it is the same carrier for over 6 yrs and she hates her job. Whatever happen to having pride in your job? For the most part, this place needs to be removed along with the lazy ass employees.

She handled the process professionally, and I was out in a couple of minutes. Parking was on the street, but it was right in front of the post office. Free parking. I came in to send a certified letter and politely asked for guidance since I had never mailed one before. Instead of being helped respectfully, I felt rushed and spoken to in a very abrupt manner. At one point, items were handed to me in a way that felt disrespectful rather than helpful. I was repeatedly told to move aside while other customers were attended to, and when I asked simple questions, the responses felt impatient and unkind. I made a conscious effort to stay calm and not escalate the situation because I believe respect goes both ways, even during stressful moments. I simply expected basic customer service and professional communication. I hope this feedback is taken as an opportunity to improve, because everyone deserves to be treated with kindness and respect. I am not leaving this review because of one mistake, but because of the way I felt treated throughout the interaction. I hope customer service and communication improve for future customers.
