I am so tired of this post office. I have tried to correct my address for the past eight (8) months. They still can't get it right. They are sending all my mail back to senders. Important tax documents, reports that I need and even my health insurance documents!! I have resided at this address for 30 years now and last July of 2025 all this started. I have been in to talk with them and talked with the manger (Becky) and they keep saying that the situation has been resolved. But here I am going in to talk to them again to tell them the problem has NOT been resolved. I call and left a message for Becky and she has never called back. And they wonder why people get upset for not receiving their mail. I would give them a rating of negative five if I could. This has been a long eight months! read more

Slowest post office I've ever been to. Sadly it's around the corner from so u keep coming against my better judgement and it's ALWAYS slow. To the point where three people in line said it's the slowest post office in the state. Plan on being here at least an hour. read more

I think I have only been to this location when it was open for business once. True story. My very favorite feature about this particular location is that they have a postage machine in the lobby that can be accessed after hours. This office should be closed. What a waste of an organization. They contract with Amazon for Sunday deliveries, but never do. Instead we receive a notice that they tried to deliver ("Unfortunately, USPS ran into an issue when attempting your delivery. They will try again.") We have extensive cameras. We are onsite 24/7. We are a commercial lodge with employees here 24/7. What is with the lies USPS? They do this with all Sunday scheduled deliveries. They always have. Useless! read more

Initially walked in to pick up a package for a client, the package was misplaced. I waited patiently at the counter for approximately 8 minutes As the representative went back to try and configure out where this lost package went. I was told to wait until the end of the day to see if the package would come up, and I was also aware that the package was to be searched for in the meantime. 1 hour later, I received this lost package right to my door step! I am pleased to know that I was helped during this time. With patience and honesty I am happy to say I was pleased! read more

Mailed off my passport renewal and told the person at the desk "I just need tracking". They didn't explain options or anything, just took my package and put it as "certified mail" which I'm hoping will still be deliverable to the PO Box. I wasn't aware of what certified mail was or that it's a more expensive option until I got home and read up on it. I just assumed erroneously that the post office knew what they were doing, but apparently they just want to scam you. I've been there other times with no problem other than it is always incredibly slow at this location. read more

Literally just stood in line for 10 minutes only to be told that I have to use the self service kiosk because "we can't print labels up here". Even after I literally just watched her print one for the lady before me. Older woman at 11:40 am on 9/1/18 clearly didn't want to help me since I had multiple packages. So far this summer June July August, I have three 3 missing packages. The first two the Postal Service has explained the zip code was incorrect? My customers say: There has never been a problem before in 16 and 31 years respectively? The last package came to me empty. This is not the first time! This one was "slit" open by a razor, box cutter, or very sharp knife. Very Very suspicious, and really pissed me off. Rating imo chronic abusive "customer service" by two employees Imo william and jason ought not be front line phone responders to customers who make inquiries of this post office in Iris St in Littleton. They are at one end, brusque, unforthcoming, seemingly imo unable to think clearly about solutions without becoming upset. At the other end, imo instantly combative, abusive, emotionally out of control with attempting to talk-over, intimidate by yelling, trying to silence others by screeching and not allowing the caller to state their case without myriad hostile interruptions. The post office clerks at the desk at this tiny post office have always been gracious. Ever helpful over the many years. Our carriers over the years have been and are good souls and kind people, although they sometimes deliver mail to wrong address in our compound, but are always happy to correct that. But they are not william and jason. Not even close. In any corporate business that deals with the public, wm and jason imo would not be allowed to be the 'face' of the company to the public. They would be sent for strict retraining in gold standard customer service instead of being allowed to emotionally spew their screed on postal patrons, or they would be moved to another position that had no personal contact with the customers, or let go. Our postman from this office started forwarding my boyfriend's mail without any authorization from us. We called the office numerous times and they kept telling us it had to be our apartment complex, I finally took a picture of our mailbox and went to the office in person and they told me that yes, there was a symbol next to my boyfriends name to forward his mail that could only have been written by the post man, since it was sealed. Again, this was after weeks of getting the runaround every time we called this USPS office. The lady at the counter said she left him a note but refused to leave any kind of complete over the action at this post man took, although she agreed the postman had no ability to reject his mail without authorization from us. This is also over a weeks of my boyfriend still getting mail all the time, you'd think the postman would realize his overstep/mistake. I couldn't believe wouldnt at least tell this post man that he can't do what he did. Now his kiddo's presents won't make it for their birthday this weekend, absolutely crazy. read more

This has to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. My ex husband put an individual request to have his mail forwarded to his house and yet the mail carrier Ted delivered my packages to his address as well. I called the office and asked to speak to a supervisor. William said he was the supervisor and I explained the situation to him and he went and got the carrier on the line to speak to me. There was no apologies and he said he would go and pull all of my mail he sees and deliver it to me. Well, I was expecting a $500.00 check and a amazon prime package that was supposed to be here yesterday. Today, I go check the mail and I noticed Ted placed a note in there to forward only My ex husbands mail yet I find his mail delivered to me anyway. After he wrote that note to himself, he still continued to put my ex husbands mail in my mailbox and I didn't get my packages still. So, I call the office again and asked for manager. Jason picks up and is so rude and unprofessional trying to say Ted is the best carrier he has and it must be a system issue. How absurd is that when clearly Ted placed a note for himself and ignored his own note. How hard can it be to look at the name and put the right mail in the right mailbox. Jason was screaming at me and was being condescending to me. He repeatedly spoke over me and told me I have to listen to him and wouldn't let me speak. I told him I would report him for being so unprofessional and disrespectful and he basically said he doesn't give a $&@" because I can't report him to anyone and if I call back tomorrow I will get him again and he's not going to help me. If I don't like the way they do things then I can switch zip codes and move somewhere else. He told me that. Seriously..is this the type of people in charge of our confidential mail!?! I reported them to consumer affairs already. Where else Can I report them so that they will treat people with respect and handle peoples mail with care? I'm looking into this because this is ridiculous and shouldn't be happening over and over again. It's not that hard! Terrible post office and terrible management. Problem unsolved! read more

All post offices are busy and this one is no different. Most of the time it is backed up because folks are not prepared with their documents for international shipping, they have not written down the address, or have not taped up their boxes. With that said, you may wait a little bit but Rick and the crew that works there are super nice and will take the time to give you all the service you need. I'm there at least 3-4 times a week and have never had a bad experience, only the opposite. Great little local post office! read more

I had 3 medium flat rate Boxes done on line and took them to this Post Office. When I arrived, I entered the front doors and walked up to the Silver Stainless steel Round about Package drop door next to the scale. Fit all 3 in.. Height of this Postal Drop about 4.5 feet high. I place my Boxes, one with a 10lb motor inside this Postal Drop, grabbed the Handle to rotate it so the packages drop on through to the other side... And... I hear my 750 Watt 10lb motor and the other 2 boxes all smack solid cement on the other side !!!!! I freaked !! I knocked feverishly on the wood Door until an elderly lady came over to ask what was the problem. I told her what had just happened.. She went around and retrieved my boxes and handed them one at a time to me. And sure enough.. There was metal and black marks on one box from obvious damage !! Looking down I see Cement floor with a Black paint Coating on it. Some anti slip coating most likely.. Cement Obviously ! She apologized and informed me that the hamper was full and was taken away and nothing put in its place.. This of course meant that anyone making a drop did just that !! A drop onto the Concrete !!! To make it worse, as you rotate the Stainless steel door, you will accelerate the impact on to the Cement !! She could only say sorry.. That did not cut it as I now have damage to my motor which I built, tested and boxed up for my Customer . Worth several hundred dollars. And the post office just Damaged and she could care less !!!! I could see my Cap nuts had punched through layers of cardboard box as I did use several layers thank goodness, but it still punched through !!! I asked to see the Manager. William was his name. I explained to him what had happened. He just looked at me and said nothing.. I finally asked him what he was going to do about it.. He said.. What should I do? I could not believe it !!! He said.. Sir... I worked down town before I came here and your packaged has to be able to withstand a 5 foot drop !!! I said... What ? He said.. Yes.. A 5 foot drop !! I said.. A 5 foot drop on to Concrete? He said.. Well.. No... A 5 foot drop on to a conveyor belt !! I paused in an effort digest what he just said.... I responded with this......... A conveyor belt is not solid Cement William !!! I can not believe this !! I went silent for at least 30 secs.. William looking at me silent... I then said.. William.. Can you put a rug down if there is no Hamper ? Can you lock the Round About Drop Door till the Hamper is returned? I do not work here William, If I did, I would figure out something other than solid Concrete !!!!!!!!!! There was a pause.. And then a break through of sorts.. Not what I was expecting.. But a Break through non the less.. William said.... If you have a fragile package, drop it off here at one of the closed stations, we will take care of it for you.. I paused and looked at him and then said.. William.. Will anyone fuss at me for dropping here instead of the package Drop off Round about ? He said.. Nope.. ITs all good... And so. Folks.. That is what I will do.. Since I show up there with 5-15 boxes some times.. Other times maybe 1 or 2 as I do a lot of drop off post office shipping.. It will be interesting how this will work out instead of using a Double Hamper, one full Hamper swapped with one empty, or Locking the Drop off Door, or a Rubber mat. Anything but Solid Cement !! We will see how it works out.. If I fail.. I will try the Ken Caryl Ranch Post office and see if they employ the same method of Customer treatment of packages or not.. Merry Christmas !!! read more
