While Roman was at our home, we looked at a couple other things we wanted to have done and Roman gave us an estimate and we went ahead and scheduled that to be done the same day the door was to be repaired. Roman and Carlos arrived at the exact time scheduled and did a wonderful job on everything! Our door looks beautiful and the new color is perfect! James is the worst carrier I have ever dealt with. I had to have a mailbox put in at the sidewalk because I wouldn't allow him to reorganize my property so that he could cut through an area that was blocked off for privacy. Since I installed the mailbox James has started shoving packages in their so large that they are being destroyed. read more

I decided to try Print Your Mitts which is located inside a tanning salon called "Tan Your Can". I had to try this place because of their funny names. I'm glad I did. The process went very smoothly. Shirley was the person that was in charge of the live scan service. The "rolling" fee was $30 and they will take a debit/credit card unlike some law enforcement agencies that insist on cash. "Rolling" is the process of rolling your fingers through the optical scanner so they can be transmitted to either the D.O.J. and/or the FBI. There was no wait and the entire process took 10 minutes. Went there to pay for re registration, I moved a while ago and tend to have issues online, when I…read morechanged my address and confirmed it had been changed online they still sent my mail to the wrong house. Ended up not being able to re register bc I "didn't have insurance" even though I was switching insurance. Anyway I went in person to pay for my late fee and re registration, pulled a number and waited. Once I get called up this old lady with a short hair cut and grey hair gives me sass that she needs to see proof of insurance for me to even be able to pay for my late fee and re registration. The guy that helped me before I got a number to wait didn't tell me that she was going to need that, he said to pay online for the reinstatement fee which I did. She didn't care, she needed my physical paper to prove I have insurance. I told her I didn't have it bc I didn't drive there, it's in my car. She didn't care and was rude. Overall either staff is unhelpful or rude, lack giving you all the info needed to get stuff done and you're an inconvenience to them being there. Hate that I have no choice but to go there bc I have only ever seen ONE employee be helpful and actually polite.
