In the meantime, they have had to replace these packages because I have not received them. Will I receive the one they say will be here tomorrow (December 16, 2024)? Does someone need a Christmas present for their girlfriend or wife?? I am 65 and permanently disabled. I depend on the services of delivery people. I cannot hop down to the post office because someone doesn't feel like delivering it. I have also had packages thrown halfway down my driveway.

She spoke incredibly fast and strung together sentences into one word, but spoke slowly enough to understand to the man before me. When I misheard her and responded incorrectly, she repeated what she said but gave me a stare. And when given the option for how I want my receipt on the screen, she did not wait for me to choose (all but two seconds) before she chose for me and printed the receipt. The whole time her demeanor was cold. Federal employees are supposed to treat everybody equally not preferentially, particularly with customers. Some people are hard of hearing and need words enunciated. And options are meant to be options, not opportunities to deny agency to customers.

The ladies there are sweet, proactive, and fast!…read more I waited in line for no more than 5-7 minutes and within that time they processed and helped two customers with passports. We drove from Sacramento because everything in the area was fully booked for at least one month out. They are the nicest post office clerks I have ever met. My son has autism and doesn't do well with pictures. Well, let me tell you! They were interactive and patient when taking his passport picture! It went amazing! We were in and out within 15 minutes. Oh, and they had a cute little table with color pages. So thoughtful! 10 out of 10 service! Thank you! So worth the drive! I highly recommend them!

She was disrespectful and made me feel dumb like I didn't know what I came in there for as if I didn't just drive 45 minutes to come get my passport. Her tone of voice was not inviting and had a bunch of attitude and she needs to be talked too about her customer service and how to control her tone and talk to people kindly and respectfully. In the past you have been rude, negative & unhelpful. toward me. Once John, when I asked you how to get a change of address after my son's death & once again, John, when I wanted to know how to send Santa's Letters for the Soroptimists of Calistoga. But sure enough, I got you again today John and you did not disappoint. I had applied online & had all the copies I needed. Still you never acknowledged me John or even asked me if I was applying for a new, renewal, or lost passport. John you made me fill out a form that I had already filled out online & then halfway thru filling out the form, when I asked you a question, you told me not to fill out the form at all & just sign it. Then I asked you John if I could get a passport card & you said no because I didn't check that box on the form & that I would have to re-apply. At this point I would have paid anything just to get that box checked & get out of there.
