I was just trying to help my friend get her passport. She was disrespectful and made me feel dumb like I didn't know what I came in there for as if I didn't just drive 45 minutes to come get my passport. Her tone of voice was not inviting and had a bunch of attitude and she needs to be talked too about her customer service and how to control her tone and talk to people kindly and respectfully. I don't appreciate feeling be little or dumb and if I needed help I would have asked.
