Classic Hawaiian service. Horribly rude people who only care about their paycheck and not helping the people who pay their check. Sometimes I come here during their regular business hours and it is found closed with no one in it. Their inconsistent package deliveries make it so I rarely have a package arrive on time. The post master should be fired in this location and hauula location. Both unqualified horrible leadership who can't serve the locals properly. I live in Honolulu. This is the fifth time this year my package was mistakenly sent by USPS to Laie on the other side of the island. Why I do not know but it's a big inconvenience as I have to wait several days for the tiny Laie Post Office to sort it once received and then send it back to town. Why does this constantly happen? Often enough most of my packages get here (usually just animal food/ medicine), but every month at least two get sent back or never get to me and I cannot for the life of me understand why. Now when I order I have to order but watch to see if I need to get supplies in town, which cost more but at least I know I can get it on time. Sometimes it says undeliverable, when I ask they never know, or say maybe the carrier is new or doesn't see it. Other times like just the last couple days my package gets put on the wrong truck. Instead of making it to Laie it went to Waialua.the post office people are exceptionally nice and I know people get mixed up especially where I live. I just want my packages without worrying that I might kill my animals or myself cause I can't afford the food or medicine they sell on island. read more

Good service, quick and efficient in processing first time passport applications. We made sure all our docs and fees were correct. Arrived a bit early for appointment, no problem, everything completed in less than 20 minutes. Postal worker let us know we could track our applications online and wished us a good day. read more

I just want to start off saying this post office is HORRIBLE. I came to pick up a package from the post office because I got an email saying my address is not valid even though I've had plenty of mail sent to my physical address before successfully. I went to pick it up and it wasn't even at the post office, they didn't even know where it was. So I called her higher up and complained but it sounded like the person I talked to knew her personally and didn't really take my complaint seriously. This lady needs to be FIRED . she was giving me and my Mother attitude and being rude from the start of her talking to us. Me and my wife went to that post office to apply new passport with all the valid ID to shows and we even made an appointment one week in advance. The lady at the office asked us to get photo copy of ID which in the gov official website says PRESENT ID. Not copy whoever works there. read more

I wish there was another place I could leave a review so this lady would get fired. If you've been you know who I'm referring to. Black bob. I've lived here for five years and she has always given me trouble when trying to mail ANYTHING. I sell clothes on depop and every time she makes it seem like I'm such a burden because she has to do her job. She gives everyone a hard time and makes going to the post office seem as pulling teeth. The people at the Laie Post office are VERY unfriendly and have zero customer service skills. We set up a reservation for a passport which they completely disregarded and then accused us of lying about it. Save your time and effort - go to Kahuku or Hauula. The people at the other post offices in the area are very friendly and helpful. read more
