They partner with Yellow Freight which brings the cost to half of what other shippers charge (who use various mail services). When Yellow Freight forgot to scan the four handmade box crates in Chicago (apparently quite unusual) and we weren't sure where they were, Scott offered to call Yellow Freight and described the crates so that could be more easily found. Everything arrived in perfect order and the boxes & inserts that Scott made were amazing. This is a family business, run by Scott and his wife, and they care about what they do. It shows.

The item never made it into the tracking system, yet they tell me "that's too bad, but we are not responsible." They insist that it's FedEx's fault and that we should take it up with the place we were shipping too even tough the package never left their store. My guess would be that they saw what was in the package and decided to keep it for themselves. Beware!

One customer had difficulty with machine she was immediately helpful and boom line is two gentleman ahead of me quickly was finished my turn I was trying to return a package to Amazon asked if I had a return label and asked if I had Amazon on my phone. Quick trip to car and returned with phone. After a few seconds my ineptitude she politely asked for the phone A few seconds later the package is ready for return and I have a receipt.
