I would give a minus 10 if I could. I dont know who delivered my package but they are an absolute idiot and liar. They claimed to have delivered the package to my "FRONT DOOR" and included a picture of the front of my house from the street 100 feet away. I found the package, a 6 by 10 inch "WHITE" mailing envelope a day later, over 30 feet from my front porch, plus another 30 feet from the front door in the snow. Which the snow of course is also "WHITE" If they are going to throw the package on my front lawn in the snow then at least have the common decency to say so. Dont LIE about it say you left it at the "FRONT DOOR". Their drivers do this constantly, they leave it at the neighbors, at my barn door. at the shed door, on the steps, every where but at the front door where they say they do. Just take a look at the picture and tell me if that is "At the front door". read more

Worse than awful service. I arranged for courier service two business days in advance with Fast Track. I was going to be traveling the day of service, and I sent specific instructions to Steve of Fast Track and copied my assistant to coordinate. The day of delivery, Steve lied to my assistant stating that he had no knowledge of the job (even though I had the email confirmation) and indicated that he would not be able to complete delivery. A co-worker followed up with another phone call and Steve lied to her as well denying any previous communications with our firm. Although he did end up completing the job, I could not recommend him less due to a complete lack of professionalism and rudeness. Our copies were being printed at the local FedEx Office for Steve to pick-up, and the FedEx employee called to complain that Steve was rude to her as well. read more

Very affordable, and reliable. I ordered from a different courier service for my company, and that company dropped the ball. Never picked up our package and never delivered it. I called these guys to see if they could get it there at a timely manner and not too expensive, and they were quick and not expensive at all. I would use these guys again in a second! Thank you!! read more
