He said he would come at 11am after complaining how busy he is, can't handle the calls and texts and just cleans floors, doesn't want to handle the business. He then called back interrogating my husband and doubting what he said. I (the wife) was away but was the one who made the appointment. Steve didn't recall any of it after my husband told him specific info about the conversation. When my husband couldn't remember my phone number (because it's programmed in his phone) Steve said f**k off man and hung up. Steve, look at your text messages from July 8th. That's when you confirmed our appointment and received our address. This all could have been resolved but you lost it. Then you told my daughter you would call the police if we called you. I have never dealt with any adult who acted this way. You should be ashamed of yourself and you owe my husband an apology. Obviously I wouldn't recommend this business. Go anywhere else! Colleen
