After…read moreplacing my order (and paying) I read the reviews and felt uneasy, thinking I would have a problem based on reviews from others (long wait times/bad customer service/unprofessional staff, etc). Feeling uncomfortable I reached out to Rusty the next day-(Nov. 14th) and he answered the phone immediately and said he would get back to me regarding my order. I was again suspicious based on the reviews I read. Rusty called me this morning - Nov. 17 to let me know that two of my items were ready for pick up and the other two were not in stock. I stopped a few hours later to pick up the two items that were ready and Rusty was such a pleasure to work with. He showed me many more options to replace my two of out stock items and we finally settled on two similar items. He did the heat/logo transfers immediately and although I probably owed him a few more bucks for my "replacement selections" he said we were even.
