She gave me soo much trouble that day and had me in a pissed mode. I left and came back everyday until Friday Valentines day trying to retrieve my packages and mail. I had a catering Event which I couldn't even attend because this lady refused to search for my packages when I tried giving her my tracking numbers. Each day the same rude lady said she dont deal with my kind, don't even come up here, I am not helping you. I asked to speak to a supervisor she refused me. The Post Office has parking for customers which I appreciate because you have to pay to park on the streets. Open entering they have all of the priority envelopes and packages to choose with the prices which was quite convenient because you don't find that consistently at all Post Offices. They also had a pen which was great because I forgot mine in the car. The Post Office was not busy at all which I appreciated at lunch time. Once I chose my envelope, filled it out and went to get on line there was no line so they immediately served me and were friendly which is something I do find at most Post Offices. It is an older post office and looks outdated but the customer service and resources were outstanding. And, the parking was fabulous.

I get it. I've been to plenty Post Offices in my life to feel the same. This place, however, really is different, and special. Why? Well, maybe for me because it is hidden in a popular strip mall just minutes from my work. That means not only can I take care of postal stuff quickly at lunch, I can also grab a bite and still be in time for my 1:00pm meeting. Also, I don't know if it is because of the location, or that people just don't mail stuff any more these days, but there is hardly ever a line. It is a tiny spot, not like the Post Offices in Down Town Albany, but it still has everything, and the Postal Workers at the counter are always pleasant. My favorite thing about this post office, is that they are open Saturday until 5pm. That is always nice when I need to take care of some mailings on the weekend. You won't find many other post offices open all day Saturday, which leads me to believe many more people appreciate and use this location. And, like I said, if going on a Saturday, I always pick a nice place to eat in the plaza, which has many.
