When I asked him why he was doing that, he mumbled something I couldn't understand then asked if that was all that was in the box (3 boxes of urinary incontinence pads) and I said yes. I was slightly embarrassed because of what they were. He handed the receipt to me and taped the box back up and put the shipping label on it. This is actually the 2nd time he's opened a box I was shipping with an authorized return to Amazon. I'm 73 yrs old and this is very frustrating, confusing, and today, a little upsetting. This store has been my go to place for shipping for years. It is convenient for me and until recently, great customer service. If this is standard procedure now for this store, I will have to find another way of shipping.

Imagine my surprise when UPS quoted me $311.00 to ship a five pound package that was 13 inches by 13 inches by 13 inches. Since this may be his last Thanksgiving I didn't have much choice than to pay their exorbitant price. Well, as it turned out, that UPS airplane that crashed in Kentucky diverted my oysters to another location and they were not delivered until the following day. At that point the ice packs had melted and the oysters were no longer cold. Rather than feed my brother bad oysters and add to his misery, his wife decided it was best to throw them out. So here I am out $411.00 dollars and UPS says that since it was an emergency I am not entitled to a refund. The UPS store franchise owner offered me a check for $284.48 which doesn't even cover the cost of the shipping, let alone the $100.00 in wasted oysters. I am extremely dissatisfied with the treatment I have received from UPS. As it turns out, I could have shipped the same package via Fed Ex for only $233.00 and without an additional $50.00 fuel surcharge. UPS's motto should be "What can brown do TO you" #Up yours UPS !
