Vania is amazing and made sure that my fragile gifts made it from upstate NY to San Antonio TX. Thank you!

I come here often for Amazon returns and the kiosk is so efficient and helpful! The staff is always efficient and happy to help as well. There are loads of packagings offered for customers as well. Parking is easy and it is always a quick in and out situation here. read more

I took a box into this UPS Store to ship today. It was an authorized return from Amazon. He scanned the info from my phone and then proceeded to cut the box open. When I asked him why he was doing that, he mumbled something I couldn't understand then asked if that was all that was in the box (3 boxes of urinary incontinence pads) and I said yes. I was slightly embarrassed because of what they were. He handed the receipt to me and taped the box back up and put the shipping label on it. This is actually the 2nd time he's opened a box I was shipping with an authorized return to Amazon. I'm 73 yrs old and this is very frustrating, confusing, and today, a little upsetting. This store has been my go to place for shipping for years. It is convenient for me and until recently, great customer service. If this is standard procedure now for this store, I will have to find another way of shipping. read more

The worst thing about this place is finding it the first time. Its signage and entrance are dwarfed and somewhat hidden by the other buildings in the complex. But shipping my package was exactly what I wanted - no line, scanned, receipt printed, back out the door with a "Thank you" in less than 60 seconds. read more

PSA: DO NOT BUY SHIPPING INSURANCE. TL;DR, the insurance you purchase won't be honored unless they pack it. Also, noticing a few recent reviews that this place is under new management. So maybe be careful about trusting older reviews. Caveat emptor. My cousin shipped a large framed piece of art and when it arrived the glass was broken. She had bought $1k in insurance so I figured no big deal, I'll just file an insurance claim. I reached out to UPS and they said I had to contact the store, so I did. The employee at the store asked me if they had packed the art and when I said "no" they said that the broken glass wasn't covered. I asked them what the point of insurance was if it only covered things they packed. Why on earth would they let me buy useless insurance?! So I asked them this and they asked for a copy of the receipt. Then nothing. So I called again and they said I needed to send pics of the broken item which I did. Still nothing. So I called again and was informed that my email had been filed in the wrong place and they would let their manager know. Nothing still. So I called again (we're now weeks out from the original email) and I was informed that because they didn't pack it, the insurance I purchased couldn't be used. So once again, I asked what was the point of all those emails and getting insurance if it was only applicable if they packed it. Seems like the employees are incompetent and yet again, greed outweighs customer care. read more

i had a guitar to be packed for shipping and the Staff, particularly Mohsin went beyond what was necessary to help and literally secure my guitar with packing right in front of me. Customer service is exceptional at this UPS store, highly recommend! -Mike read more

Always use the convenient UPS store for Amazon returns. The entire staff is friendly & efficient - especially Justin who went out of his way yesterday to assist me with my returns. His customer service skills are a testament to all the great employees of this store. Thank you Justin & thank you Brian for a great small business. read more

I felt compelled to make a review for this store and in particular the employee Jay who went above and beyond to help me ship some packages effortlessly and quickly. Additionally, I was *supposed* to keep a copy of my receipt so that I could get reimbursed from my company during my move. However, I misplaced the receipts and I contacted Jay again (who helped me pack AND send the packages in the first place). Jay was able to take the time to go back in the system and manually retrieve my receipts so that I could have them for my records and get reimbursed from my company. I am so grateful for his help and customer service. 5/5 would ship again!! read more

I just needed to print a PDF off my phone, also have in my Yahoo! Mail. I spent an hour in Staples and three employees couldn't find a solution as to why I couldn't print. I was ultimately told all this happens with Yahoo. These guys at the UPS Store were great, we actually had a similar problem, but they perservered and I was back in my car 7 minutes later. Thank! read more

Absurdly expensive shipping supplies. Charged me $14 for a 28x20x20 cardboard box. Fine if you need to drop off an item for UPS shipping, but do yourself a favor: find your own box an packing material. read more

Always friendly and willing to go beyond standards . I would not go anywhere else if distance isn't a major deterrent

Very small mailing services location with minimally basic production capabilities (a photocopier, some tape dispensers, etc.) but extremely polite and efficient staff. You could do worse, and in fact will at other UPS or Fedex/Kinko's locations in terms of shipping service - it's just not the spot for anything more involved than a quick mailing or fax or shipment or the like. read more

The UPS Store - Printing Services Near Me - Albany, New York

My printer was broken and, therefore, had an issue re: printing return labels for merchandise I had purchased. I went to my local UPS store at 228 Main Street, Williamstown, MA for help. It turned out to be more complicated than simply forwarding the email--with the return label from the merchant--to the UPS store. Long story short, on two separate occasions, the clerks at the store went above and beyond to help me resolve this issue. I was very grateful for their time and would highly recommend this particular store. (And btw: I have been going to this store for years and have always received great service and been treated courteously by all of the various clerks who were working there at the time). read more

After selling my childhood home in Albany, I needed to have several large items - including a large antique piece of pottery, framed art (also large), my wedding dress and numerous antique books. They had to get from Albany to my home in California. All the items were expertly and carefully packed. They all arrived ontime and intact. These things mean the world to me and I am grateful. I highly recommend the store and their packing services. read more

Love this store. The owner handles much of the business personally, and seems to genuinely care about his customers. I saw him bantering with a few other people there, giving me the impression that they are regulars. I had no idea how to handle overnight shipping options, and he very patiently explained it all to me, making sure to get me the best deal (which ended up being cheaper than the post office, I checked!) Very clean and orderly too. Colored copies, and lots of other features available. The specific store website is: http://www2.theupsstorelocal.com/0917/ read more

I travel the entire northeast for work and have probably visited 25 to 30 UPS stores in the last two years. Never once have I needed to pack my own boxes that are already pre-labeled from Amazon.com. I am not an expert taping and packaging professional, that's why I come to UPS. Owner handed me a tape gun and said "it looks you have some packing to do." No, looks like you need to adhere to what other UPS stores do or change the corporate policy itself! read more

A store that seems to care about your important packages as much as YOU do. The first UPS place to explain that adding insurance to your shipment doesn't do any good if you can't document the value. Conscientious, friendly, skilled, efficient, everything you could hope for in an office services provider. Especially compared to the nightmare customer service you get at Fedex/Kinkos. A little hard to find --they're behind some bank near a garden store. Call them for details. read more

Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. The store is maintained nicely. Lots of services. As stress-free as it gets.

I was nervous about shipping a valuable item and checked the reviews of all the UPS stores in the area before coming to Western Ave. I am SO glad I did. The service here was excellent and I will definitely come back if I need to ship anything like this again. Paul took his time to assure me of how my item would be packaged and walked me through the entire process. He even called me today to say that it had arrived at its destination and to see if I had any questions! That service is above and beyond and rare these days. Thanks! read more

I have to echo what's already been said: this is one of the best UPS stores that I've dealt with. I hate UPS in general. This is a good UPS store to deal with when I reluctantly need to use UPS. The owner and his staff are very friendly, personal and helpful. read more

Friendly, efficient, helpful. Reasonable fee for fax and notary. Actual notaries are here during business hours!!!!!!

Wonderful customer service. Very friendly and helpful. Very impressive in this day and age.

I only come in when I need to return things from amazon, but the Staff is always very friendly and helpful. The balding man (I believe the manager) always has the store functioning at its highest level. Everyone works with you to make whatever you need happen. Very good about getting customers in and out quickly. Love this store! read more

This store provides outstanding service and is a great asset to our community. They will verify I-9 forms and will notarize them with an authorization from your employer and required ID. This is a service my own bank would not help me with. read more

Received outstanding service for a cross-country shipment. Other local UPS stores were unable to accommodate our needs. Initial contact information via email was explicit and thorough - providing answers to questions I had not considered, store was easy to find, delivery to California came off without a hitch. We were in and out of the UPS store within 15 minutes. read more
