I've spoken with him a few times since then, and he insists he'll get my canvas done...but it's now almost May and now he is unreachable when I call him, email him and text him. I've left messages saying I just want to pick up the canvas stretcher and move on and find someone else to complete my project, but it seems he's been leading me on for four months now and ghosting me. I am sorry to say this business is completely unprofessional, will not get your job done and owes me a stretcher canvas. The item never made it into the tracking system, yet they tell me "that's too bad, but we are not responsible." They insist that it's FedEx's fault and that we should take it up with the place we were shipping too even tough the package never left their store. My guess would be that they saw what was in the package and decided to keep it for themselves. Beware!
