When I asked him why he was doing that, he mumbled something I couldn't understand then asked if that was all that was in the box (3 boxes of urinary incontinence pads) and I said yes. I was slightly embarrassed because of what they were. He handed the receipt to me and taped the box back up and put the shipping label on it. This is actually the 2nd time he's opened a box I was shipping with an authorized return to Amazon. I'm 73 yrs old and this is very frustrating, confusing, and today, a little upsetting. This store has been my go to place for shipping for years. It is convenient for me and until recently, great customer service. If this is standard procedure now for this store, I will have to find another way of shipping.

Most places close at like 3 or 4PM on weekdays and REM closes a little later, thankfully. They could print my posters within an hour and even though I asked for black and white, they gave me color, free of charge, as a first time customer. They really went above and beyond when I was in a pinch for a good print shop and no doubt, I will be back soon for new business card prints. Expedx is the place for you then. Tons of different papers, reams, envelopes, boxes and professional printing supplies all in a warehouse setting. It's really great. I love it and it's a big day for me to go there. Today I bought Mohawk high gloss 100 cover wind power produced stock for a mailing we are going to do. I also got some brochure paper ($13). I had been so stuck in a hole with the paper from Staples and Office Max because they are the same, but this stuff is great.

I actually buy only a few specific items in Staples. I've spoken with him a few times since then, and he insists he'll get my canvas done...but it's now almost May and now he is unreachable when I call him, email him and text him. I've left messages saying I just want to pick up the canvas stretcher and move on and find someone else to complete my project, but it seems he's been leading me on for four months now and ghosting me. I am sorry to say this business is completely unprofessional, will not get your job done and owes me a stretcher canvas.
