At the big box stores, I would have had to wait in line for twenty minutes only to find out that the person behind the counter has no idea about my order and then rushes to print it on poor quality paper. The price isn't even anymore at North Country Printing than at Staples (not that I wouldn't pay more, the convenience is totally worth it). I've left messages saying I just want to pick up the canvas stretcher and move on and find someone else to complete my project, but it seems he's been leading me on for four months now and ghosting me. I am sorry to say this business is completely unprofessional, will not get your job done and owes me a stretcher canvas.
